Arizona 43, Colorado 20. Thoughts?
- Okay, so we made it to the bye week. Time to fire Karl Dorrell, and move on to the next phase in Colorado football. If Dorrell remains coach ... I don't know what to say (48%, 172 Votes)
- Arizona and Kansas have shown CU the path to recovery. Get a good coach who can recruit and inspire, and use the Transfer Portal to bring in a brand new roster. It can be done! (42%, 152 Votes)
- Well, the Buffs did score three touchdowns, and scored touchdowns in the first and third quarters for the first time all season. Baby steps by the offense, but at least some progress with McCown at QB (10%, 34 Votes)

It's time! Your prediction for Colorado at Arizona (Saturday, 7:30 p.m., MT, Pac-12 Networks)
- Death, taxes ... and CU laying an egg. Until or unless the Buffs prove otherwise, take the opposition, give the points, and don't look back. Dorrell's final game (?) another blowout loss (70%, 186 Votes)
- This will be the first time CU will cover the spread. Considering how bad the Buffs have been (haven't covered yet), it's a tough call to pick the Buffs, but CU keeps it within two scores (19%, 50 Votes)
- Dorrell is 2-0 against Arizona at CU (5-2 overall, counting his days at UCLA). What the Hell? Buffs figure it out as the Wildcats are (still) not that great. CU wins in the desert! (11%, 29 Votes)

Which of the following Pac-12 games this weekend for you holds the most interest?
- Washington at UCLA. (Friday, 8:30 p.m., MT, ESPN). UCLA (like everyone else) took it to the Buffs. We'll find out this week if the Bruins are for real, or if their 4-0 record is a sham (60%, 99 Votes)
- Oregon State at Utah. (Saturday, noon, MT, Pac-12 Networks). The Beavers gave USC all the Trojans could handle ... do they have anything left in the tank to take on the Utes? (33%, 54 Votes)
- Arizona State at USC (Saturday, 8:30 p.m., MT, ESPN). The line has gone from 17.5 to 24.5 points. If there is going to be a rout more embarrassing than what CU is facing, it could be this game for ASU (7%, 13 Votes)

What factoid from the CU at Arizona "T.I.P.S." do you find the most interesting?
- That Arizona is giving up 416 yards and 34 points per game. If the CU offense can figure anything out ... a big "if", of course ... CU could actual score some points this weekend (73%, 109 Votes)
- That Arizona's biggest win to date has been over San Diego State, a team which until this past week was over San Diego State, a team which until last week was in the CBS Bottom 25 (16%, 24 Votes)
- That Jayden de Laura has thrown six interceptions in the first four games. If the CU defense can rise up - yes, another "if" - they can give the Buff offense a short field and a chance to score (11%, 17 Votes)
Start Date: September 28, 2022 @ 4:23 pm

What will be CU's record in October? (at Arizona; Cal; at Oregon State; Arizona State)?
- I'm not seeing a victory there, and with no winnable games in November (Oregon; at USC; at Washington; Utah) this is going to be CU's first winless season since, um, 1890 (69%, 209 Votes)
- Perhaps things will turn over the next few weeks, but right now, the only dumpster fire bigger than the one in Boulder is the one in Tempe. That's the only victory I can predict right now (19%, 57 Votes)
- Hopefully at least 2-2. The Arizona schools are both winnable games, and I haven't ruled out a win over Cal. Fingers crossed that a new month will bring about a new Buff team (12%, 37 Votes)

I like the question about SS’s negative coverage. Personally, I think the see-saw coverage is mostly about “stirring the pot” and/or getting clicks. SS is this year’s draft soap opera–a love/hate fest For one negative story there is a more positive one. Some stories are just hit jobs (anonymous NFL assistant/exec), others just cover every minutia of his life. Yesterday, Kiper has him still going early.
SS is an intriguing draftee warranting discussion, however the extensive overall coverage on every detail for one QB prospect seems over the top. NFL teams have their draft boards, needs, and evaluations and they make decisions based upon that. I’ll be glad when SS and TH are picked today and the focus will be on our team.
The Buffs need to wear the silver and gold that are the official school colors. Black jerseys are OK as the’ve been around for a long time, but out with the black helmets–and the white ones too. Gold helmets with silver pants, alternating with silver helmets and gold pants would be good. Nix on all black and all white!!
‘SkoBuffs!! Drub the Nubs.
Stuart, your polls are so thoughtful and on point. Appreciate you doing this and sharing it with your CUAtTheGame community.
Did Coach Hagan just let the cat out of the bag regarding Colorado’s starting QB?
Wouldn’t mind the Cheez-It Bowl at all, as I have connections at Kellogg’s (owns Cheez-it) who could get me tickets!! Is that Cheezy??? 🙂
