Does CU merit consideration for an at-large bid for the NCAA tournament, or do the Buffs have to win the Pac-12 tournament to get in?
- All I know is that if Oregon (losers of five of their last six) and a NET ranking of 74 is considered a bubble team, then CU, with a No. 75 NET ranking, should be considered a bubble team as well (59%, 154 Votes)
- The Buffs have won seven of eight games, including a win over No. 2 Arizona. If recent games still have any value to the Selection Committee, CU should be a trip to the Pac-12 finals away from a bid (25%, 65 Votes)
- Sorry, but losses early in the season, and lost opportunities (Kansas game canceled), plus poor non-conference play by the Pac-12 in general, have doomed CU's chances at an at-large bid (16%, 43 Votes)

Buffs take care of business with an 84-71 win over Utah, leading by double digits the final 33 minutes of the game. Best numbers?
- That CU has won seven of its last eight games, including four straight conference wins on the road. Not a bad run heading into Las Vegas ... this team has a real shot at a Pac-12 title (39%, 97 Votes)
- That CU has 20 wins, marking the 13th time the Buffs have reached that mark, with nine of those seasons coming under Tad Boyle. We're in the Golden Era of CU basketball, friends (34%, 83 Votes)
- That the Buffs earned a first round bye in the Pac-12 tournament for just the second time (but the second year in a row). Last year's team make it to the Pac-12 finals ... I like it! (15%, 36 Votes)
- That, just days after his CUATG podcast interview, Evan Battey goes for a career-high 27 points. Correlation or causation? Perhaps Stuart should interview Jabari Walker before next Thursday's game? (12%, 31 Votes)

Which factoid about senior forward Evan Battey to you is the most impressive
- That Evan has been on the floor for 86 victories, the highest total in Colorado basketball history. Despite everything, Evan has not missed a single game in his CU career (54%, 105 Votes)
- That Evan was denied a senior year by California athletics, and a true freshman season by the NCAA, but not only didn't quit, he made All-Pac-12 academic teams and has a degree in journalism (38%, 74 Votes)
- That Evan, along with fellow senior Eli Parquet (now injured) have been able to lead this young team to the brink of 20 wins and a bye in the Pac-12 tournament (8%, 14 Votes)

Report: CU to hire Gerald Chatman as its next defensive line coach. Thoughts?
- It is what it is. Anyone who doesn't like what CU has to work with as assistant coaches is free to donate a spare million or more to the CU assistant pool. If you rai$e it, they will come (56%, 151 Votes)
- I'm on board. Stops at Texas A&M, LSU, and the Cincinnati Bengals. Considering the time frame (spring practices getting underway), it's good that Dorrell was able to fill the position so quickly (29%, 79 Votes)
- Trading an up-and-coming assistant coach with relentless recruiting prowess for the Tulane defensive line coach? Another disappointing day in CU's 2021-22 off-season (15%, 39 Votes)

Rate your level of interest in the CU women's basketball program this spring
- Medium. I'm glad the Buffs will earn their first NCAA bid since 2013, and will try and track their progress over the next few weeks (47%, 120 Votes)
- High. The Buffs play a great team game, have 21 wins, and are a virtual lock to earn an NCAA tournament bid (currently 8th in the ESPN bracket) (28%, 71 Votes)
- Low. Nothing against J.R. Payne and her Buffs, but football and men's basketball drive the bus in overall interest of the fan base, and it's no different in my world (25%, 65 Votes)

I like the question about SS’s negative coverage. Personally, I think the see-saw coverage is mostly about “stirring the pot” and/or getting clicks. SS is this year’s draft soap opera–a love/hate fest For one negative story there is a more positive one. Some stories are just hit jobs (anonymous NFL assistant/exec), others just cover every minutia of his life. Yesterday, Kiper has him still going early.
SS is an intriguing draftee warranting discussion, however the extensive overall coverage on every detail for one QB prospect seems over the top. NFL teams have their draft boards, needs, and evaluations and they make decisions based upon that. I’ll be glad when SS and TH are picked today and the focus will be on our team.
The Buffs need to wear the silver and gold that are the official school colors. Black jerseys are OK as the’ve been around for a long time, but out with the black helmets–and the white ones too. Gold helmets with silver pants, alternating with silver helmets and gold pants would be good. Nix on all black and all white!!
‘SkoBuffs!! Drub the Nubs.
Stuart, your polls are so thoughtful and on point. Appreciate you doing this and sharing it with your CUAtTheGame community.
Did Coach Hagan just let the cat out of the bag regarding Colorado’s starting QB?
Wouldn’t mind the Cheez-It Bowl at all, as I have connections at Kellogg’s (owns Cheez-it) who could get me tickets!! Is that Cheezy??? 🙂
