Other than the Holy War between No. 15 BYU and No. 23 Utah, which Big 12 game for you will hold the most interest?
- No. 7 Texas Tech at Arizona State (2:00 p.m., MT, Fox) Sam Leavitt will play. If ASU loses, the Sun Devils will be 4-3 ... and out of the Big 12 race (67%, 89 Votes)
- Arizona at Houston (10:00 a.m., MT, FS1). Arizona is 4-2, and if they can beat Houston (in a stadium where the Buffs were dominated), CU's next home game will start looking that much harder (23%, 30 Votes)
- Baylor at TCU (10:00 a.m., MT, ESPN2). Both teams are 4-2, with TCU at 2.5-home favorite. A bitter rivalry, and another potential Big 12 elimination game (10%, 13 Votes)

Big 12: CU not to be fined for fans rushing the field. Thoughts?
- Glad to hear it. It's a stupid rule. College students only get so many home games, and schools want their experience to be memorable. Let students be students, and get rid of the rule! (54%, 56 Votes)
- CU doesn't get fined for rushing the field, but does get fined for anti-Mormon cheers (that every student body does)? I've stopped trying to make sense of what matters to the Powers that Be (30%, 31 Votes)
- Doesn't make any sense. The Big 12 didn't levy the fine because CU "executed its field storm management procedures". So if you announce: "Don't rush the field", you're covered? Dumb rule (16%, 17 Votes)

Rate your interest in this year's Holy War ... No. 23 Utah at No. 15 BYU ... 6:00 p.m., MT, Fox
- Medium. The Holy War is always a hotly-contested battle, and, with both teams ranked and the Fox Big Noon Kickoff crew, the hype will be ratcheted up all the more (38%, 58 Votes)
- High. The difference between 3-5 and 4-4 is huge for CU's season, and the Utes are up next for the Buffs. Time for some scouting of the Utes! (35%, 53 Votes)
- Low. My Buffs are off this week, which gives me a weekend off from college football. I'm going to take advantage, and get back to Buffs v. Utes next week (27%, 40 Votes)

CU's game at Utah next Saturday night set for 8:15 p.m., MT, on ESPN. Thoughts?
- It is what it is. Until or unless the Buffs start winning with regularity, the reality is that ESPN wants to show CU games ... but not in prime slots. Win some games, Buffs, and get a better time slot (47%, 81 Votes)
- You're kidding, right? CU's third late night finish in seven games. I hate having games which end at midnight, and I'm guessing the CU coaches and players aren't excited, either (36%, 63 Votes)
- Here's hoping that there will be some Ute fans who don't want to come to a later kickoff, and the Buffs familiarity with late night games will be an advantage (17%, 29 Votes)

Which of the following fourth quarter plays against Iowa State to you was the most memorable?
- The 38-yard pass from Kaidon Salter to Joseph Williams on third-and-16 with 1:55 to play. Instead of punting - and giving ISU a potential game-winning drive - it was a game-winner for the Buffs (41%, 80 Votes)
- The interception of ISU quarterback Rocco Becht by safety Tawfiq Byard on third-and-goal at the CU seven-yard line. Saved a touchdown in a one-score game, and gave us hope that CU would actually win! (36%, 69 Votes)
- The stop by Jeremiah Brown and Amari McNeil of running back Abu Sama on fourth-and-one at the ISU 18-yard line. A huge stop, and great momentum changer (23%, 44 Votes)

I like the question about SS’s negative coverage. Personally, I think the see-saw coverage is mostly about “stirring the pot” and/or getting clicks. SS is this year’s draft soap opera–a love/hate fest For one negative story there is a more positive one. Some stories are just hit jobs (anonymous NFL assistant/exec), others just cover every minutia of his life. Yesterday, Kiper has him still going early.
SS is an intriguing draftee warranting discussion, however the extensive overall coverage on every detail for one QB prospect seems over the top. NFL teams have their draft boards, needs, and evaluations and they make decisions based upon that. I’ll be glad when SS and TH are picked today and the focus will be on our team.
The Buffs need to wear the silver and gold that are the official school colors. Black jerseys are OK as the’ve been around for a long time, but out with the black helmets–and the white ones too. Gold helmets with silver pants, alternating with silver helmets and gold pants would be good. Nix on all black and all white!!
‘SkoBuffs!! Drub the Nubs.
Stuart, your polls are so thoughtful and on point. Appreciate you doing this and sharing it with your CUAtTheGame community.
Did Coach Hagan just let the cat out of the bag regarding Colorado’s starting QB?
Wouldn’t mind the Cheez-It Bowl at all, as I have connections at Kellogg’s (owns Cheez-it) who could get me tickets!! Is that Cheezy??? 🙂
