• The "Haynes" boys. A sixth-year quarterback and a back who ran for more yards than CU did as a team. You can't replicate experience, and Georgia Tech has more of it at key positions (60%, 129 Votes)
• That CU has injuries along the offensive line. It's hard enough to get five good players to play as one, but even more difficult when your starters don't have a history of playing together (23%, 50 Votes)
• The CU inside linebackers. The Buffs have quality along the defensive line, but the inside backers are new and untested. Not what you want to hear when facing a great rushing team (17%, 37 Votes)

• High. There are many aspects to the 2025 team which are potentially great. I can't wait to see the Buffs prove themselves (again) to the nation (78%, 130 Votes)
• Medium. I'm sure when Friday roles around, I'll be more excited, but right now, it's still not officially the season in my world. Once Ralphie runs, though, I'll be in (19%, 32 Votes)
• Low. It's not even Labor Day, and the season doesn't really start until Big 12 play begins for the Buffs. The Georgia Tech and Delaware games will be fun, but it's the Houston game when 2025 starts (3%, 4 Votes)

• I just wish the students had been given better options than these: Ralphie's Rowdies? Ralphie's Riot? Flatiron Fury? Buffs Brigade? Why didn't they take some time and come up with something better? (42%, 52 Votes)
• I hate it. The C-Unit has been in place for years, and has been a great success. The thing about traditions ... they are supposed to last for more than one generation. Why fix what isn't broken? (29%, 36 Votes)

• I'm cheering for neither. One last weekend with the family before I become completely involved with football. I'll check out the results, but I don't have a rooting interest in the season opener (45%, 70 Votes)
• I'm cheering for the Cyclones. I haven't liked Kansas State since the Bill Snyder days, and ISU hasn't won a conference title since 1912. Go 'Clones! (41%, 64 Votes)
• I'm cheering for the Wildcats. CU doesn't play KSU until the late November, while the Buffs host the Cyclones on October 11th. Better to have the Cyclones down when they come to Boulder (14%, 23 Votes)
