Your prediction: Where in the NFL Draft will Shedeur Sanders be taken?
- In the Top Ten. There has been plenty of talk about Shedeur dropping on draft boards, but don't listen. When the Draft opens on Thursday, Shedeur will hear his name called very early (43%, 83 Votes)
- In the Top Twenty of the first round. Shedeur may fall out of the Top Ten, but that will be due to teams not having a need for a starting quarterback. I can't see him falling further than No. 20 (29%, 55 Votes)
- Outside of the Top Twenty, and perhaps not in the first round. Shedeur has a big ego, and teams may be turned off by the off-field noise (28%, 53 Votes)

If you were to get only one four-star graduate Power Four transfer to come to CU in the next month, what position would you take?
- Offensive line. CU has gone from terrible to bad to mediocre along the offensive line under Coach Prime. One more proven starter might actually move this unit up to "good" (40%, 91 Votes)
- Linebacker. CU's defensive line is solid, and there is talent in the defensive backfield. The only glaring weakness for Coach Livingston is at linebacker. Get that one good backer and we'll be good (32%, 73 Votes)
- Running back. CU has a history the last few years of getting good but not great running backs. The current room has talent, but no proven difference maker. CU needs one this season (28%, 64 Votes)
Start Date: April 21, 2025 @ 4:56 pm

CU adds defensive backs Terrance Love (Auburn) and Teon Parks (Illinois State) over the weekend. Thoughts?
- We'll have to see how this plays out, but neither player seems to have as much playing time as Buff fans would hope. Added depth is always welcome, but I'm not sure they're more than that (44%, 47 Votes)
- I'm excited about both pickups. Both have playing experience, and both have three years to play two in Boulder. Coach Prime is not only adding talent, but young talent to the roster (34%, 36 Votes)
- Recruiting sites can never make up their minds. Love was a four-star recruit at 247 Sports, with three dozen Power Four offers two years ago, but now he's the No. 1174 player in the Portal? (22%, 23 Votes)
Start Date: April 20, 2025 @ 10:12 pm
End Date: No Expiry
What to you was the best part of CU's 2025 Spring game?
- That the Buffs apparently got through the spring with few if any major injuries, and, at least for now (with a week to go in the Spring Transfer Portal), most of the team in tact for the fall (53%, 90 Votes)
- That, despite a worrisome weather forecast, over 20,000 fans showed up, and were treated to some actual football ... and on national television. I hope next spring it will be CU v. Syracuse! (34%, 58 Votes)
- That Shedeur Sanders and Travis Hunter received a great sendoff to the NFL Draft on Thursday, and that Coach Mac will finally be getting his statute at Folsom Field (13%, 22 Votes)
Start Date: April 19, 2025 @ 10:28 pm
End Date: No Expiry
Which for you would be the most promising result of CU's Black and Gold Day?
- No injuries, and no postgame announcements of players leaving (with perhaps a commitment or two from the Transfer Portal). All I want from Saturday is a strong complete roster, with a few faces added (76%, 122 Votes)
- That CU shows some semblance of a rushing attack. Not that we want CU's defense to be porous, but watching the line create holes, and watching the backs take advantage, would be sweet (12%, 20 Votes)
- That both Kaidon Salter and Julian Lewis shine at quarterback, with Ryan Staub showing enough that he wants to stay on the roster. A good quarterback room is key to CU's success in 2025 (12%, 19 Votes)
Start Date: April 18, 2025 @ 10:19 pm

I like the question about SS’s negative coverage. Personally, I think the see-saw coverage is mostly about “stirring the pot” and/or getting clicks. SS is this year’s draft soap opera–a love/hate fest For one negative story there is a more positive one. Some stories are just hit jobs (anonymous NFL assistant/exec), others just cover every minutia of his life. Yesterday, Kiper has him still going early.
SS is an intriguing draftee warranting discussion, however the extensive overall coverage on every detail for one QB prospect seems over the top. NFL teams have their draft boards, needs, and evaluations and they make decisions based upon that. I’ll be glad when SS and TH are picked today and the focus will be on our team.
The Buffs need to wear the silver and gold that are the official school colors. Black jerseys are OK as the’ve been around for a long time, but out with the black helmets–and the white ones too. Gold helmets with silver pants, alternating with silver helmets and gold pants would be good. Nix on all black and all white!!
‘SkoBuffs!! Drub the Nubs.
Stuart, your polls are so thoughtful and on point. Appreciate you doing this and sharing it with your CUAtTheGame community.
Did Coach Hagan just let the cat out of the bag regarding Colorado’s starting QB?
Wouldn’t mind the Cheez-It Bowl at all, as I have connections at Kellogg’s (owns Cheez-it) who could get me tickets!! Is that Cheezy??? 🙂
