Thoughts on CU signing Ashaad Clayton, William Anglen and Jayle Stacks
- It's a great day to be a Buff. Mel Tucker & Co. finish off the best CU Recruiting Class of the Pac-12 era in style! Welcome to the Buff Nation, three quality Buffs! (83%, 348 Votes)
- I don't know how the Class of 2020 will pan out over the next 4/5 years, but adding two quality running backs and a signee in a position of need (safety) are good choices to fill out the Class (12%, 49 Votes)
- It's a good day for the Buff Nation, but a bit anti-climatic. It's good that CU held on to its commitments, but there were no flips. I miss the old February Signing Day and all of its suspense (5%, 20 Votes)

Predictions: How will Signing Day on Wednesday play out for CU?
- CU will receive Letters of Intent from both RB Ashaad Clayton and DB William Anglen ... and perhaps even a surprise bonus! A great day for the Buff Nation! (69%, 183 Votes)
- I'll predict a split. I don't know which one will sign and which one won't, but CU will get one signature, and be disappointed in not receiving the second (22%, 57 Votes)
- I can see Clayton opting for the higher profile option of Florida, and Anglen staying in state with Cincinnati. Call it a hunch, but I'm afraid that Buff fans might not enjoy Wednesday morning (9%, 25 Votes)

CU finished the first half of Pac-12 play with a 6-3 record. How do you see the second half of the season playing out?
- If the Buffs play like they did against USC on Saturday, I can see the Buffs going 6-3 again ... or even better (68%, 173 Votes)
- The Buffs still have five games on the road, including the final three. I would be happy with a 5-4 finish, taking an 11-7 record to Las Vegas (29%, 75 Votes)
- The Buffs tend to finish with a 10-8 record, which would mean a 4-5 finish ... and another 5th place seeding (3%, 8 Votes)
Start Date: February 3, 2020 @ 7:38 pm
End Date: No Expiry
Where should the Buffs be ranked in the Associated Press poll?
- Not sure, but I am glad that CU was ranked (at No. 24) for the 10th time this season ... a new school record (57%, 141 Votes)
- Lower than last week's No. 20 - Anyone who watched the Buffs last Thursday night saw how average this team can look on a given night (22%, 55 Votes)
- Higher than last week's No. 20 - The Buffs took down a very good USC team on the road, which makes up for the UCLA loss (plus, a lot of other ranked teams lost) (21%, 53 Votes)
Start Date: February 2, 2020 @ 10:13 pm

Other than Laviska Shenault, which Buff invited to the NFL Combine has the best chance of being drafted?
- LB Davion Taylor - Taylor really came on at the end of the season. He is a speed rusher who plays with abandon - just what NFL defenses are looking for now (58%, 207 Votes)
- WR Tony Brown - Like Nelson Spruce, all Tony Brown does is make clutch catches. Brown will find a home in the NFL, and will surprise teams who pass on him (33%, 116 Votes)
- QB Steven Montez - Montez had his issues, but he has all of the measurables NFL team likes. Some team will fall in love with the idea of "fixing" Montez, and draft him (9%, 32 Votes)

I like the question about SS’s negative coverage. Personally, I think the see-saw coverage is mostly about “stirring the pot” and/or getting clicks. SS is this year’s draft soap opera–a love/hate fest For one negative story there is a more positive one. Some stories are just hit jobs (anonymous NFL assistant/exec), others just cover every minutia of his life. Yesterday, Kiper has him still going early.
SS is an intriguing draftee warranting discussion, however the extensive overall coverage on every detail for one QB prospect seems over the top. NFL teams have their draft boards, needs, and evaluations and they make decisions based upon that. I’ll be glad when SS and TH are picked today and the focus will be on our team.
The Buffs need to wear the silver and gold that are the official school colors. Black jerseys are OK as the’ve been around for a long time, but out with the black helmets–and the white ones too. Gold helmets with silver pants, alternating with silver helmets and gold pants would be good. Nix on all black and all white!!
‘SkoBuffs!! Drub the Nubs.
Stuart, your polls are so thoughtful and on point. Appreciate you doing this and sharing it with your CUAtTheGame community.
Did Coach Hagan just let the cat out of the bag regarding Colorado’s starting QB?
Wouldn’t mind the Cheez-It Bowl at all, as I have connections at Kellogg’s (owns Cheez-it) who could get me tickets!! Is that Cheezy??? 🙂
