The stat which would most likely to contribute to a CU upset of Oregon State
- Colorado plus-two or better on turnovers (47%, 115 Votes)
- Buffs hold OSU and Sean Mannion to less than 250 yards passing (24%, 59 Votes)
- CU offense posts over 150 yards rushing (16%, 38 Votes)
- Buff special teams don't give up any big play (and contribute one of their own) (13%, 32 Votes)

A good chance of rain in Corvallis on Saturday ...
- Won't make any difference. Both teams are used to playing in adverse conditions. (52%, 136 Votes)
- Hurts the Buffs. CU not as accustomed to playing in the rain as Oregon schools. Could lead to costly turnovers (27%, 69 Votes)
- Helps the Buffs. Poor weather will slow down the offenses and will keep the game close (21%, 55 Votes)
Start Date: September 26, 2013 @ 7:36 am
End Date: No Expiry
Should San Jose State be an option for October 19th?
- No. Coach Mac doesn't want to coach against his former players. His wishes should be respected (56%, 186 Votes)
- Yes ... But only if all other FBS options have been exhausted. (30%, 101 Votes)
- Yes. SJSU can play a 13th game and has a bye. The game would also draw a decent crowd. It's a good fit (14%, 48 Votes)
Start Date: September 25, 2013 @ 8:06 am
End Date: No Expiry
CU a 10.5 point underdog to Oregon State
- About right. Both teams will score, but the home team will probably score more often (50%, 137 Votes)
- Too high. Buffs have had time to prepare; OSU looks vulnerable (37%, 101 Votes)
- Too low. A month ago, this was a "hope we are competitive" game. Have things really changed all that much? (13%, 35 Votes)
Start Date: September 24, 2013 @ 8:46 am
End Date: No Expiry
The makeup game I would like to see ...
- San Diego State - October 19th. Aztecs already entitled to 13th game and have a bye (47%, 135 Votes)
- Hawai'i - October 19th. Teams already scheduled for '14 and '15, just make it a two-for-one (31%, 90 Votes)
- Fresno State - October 19th or December 7th. It will take some work, but it's the right thing to do (14%, 41 Votes)
- An FCS team ... if no other options work out (8%, 22 Votes)
Start Date: September 23, 2013 @ 7:35 am
End Date: No Expiry

I like the question about SS’s negative coverage. Personally, I think the see-saw coverage is mostly about “stirring the pot” and/or getting clicks. SS is this year’s draft soap opera–a love/hate fest For one negative story there is a more positive one. Some stories are just hit jobs (anonymous NFL assistant/exec), others just cover every minutia of his life. Yesterday, Kiper has him still going early.
SS is an intriguing draftee warranting discussion, however the extensive overall coverage on every detail for one QB prospect seems over the top. NFL teams have their draft boards, needs, and evaluations and they make decisions based upon that. I’ll be glad when SS and TH are picked today and the focus will be on our team.
The Buffs need to wear the silver and gold that are the official school colors. Black jerseys are OK as the’ve been around for a long time, but out with the black helmets–and the white ones too. Gold helmets with silver pants, alternating with silver helmets and gold pants would be good. Nix on all black and all white!!
‘SkoBuffs!! Drub the Nubs.
Stuart, your polls are so thoughtful and on point. Appreciate you doing this and sharing it with your CUAtTheGame community.
Did Coach Hagan just let the cat out of the bag regarding Colorado’s starting QB?
Wouldn’t mind the Cheez-It Bowl at all, as I have connections at Kellogg’s (owns Cheez-it) who could get me tickets!! Is that Cheezy??? 🙂
