CU receives a commitment from JC linebacker Quinn Perry. Thoughts?
- Like it. I'm glad that the coaching staff is trying to get players to help win in 2019, and not waiting to develop talent for 2021 (54%, 158 Votes)
- Um ... Is anyone else noticing that the latest wave of recruits have one thing in common - no Power-Five conference offers? Color me concerned (34%, 98 Votes)
- Love it! A quality player in a position of need. I am a big fan of how Tucker & Co. are filling in the roster (12%, 34 Votes)

How would you rate CU's three new additions this weekend?
- Good. Jaunta'vius Johnson will contribute right away, while Sparaco and Oats will be long-term contributors. In Tuck we Trust! (50%, 170 Votes)
- Fair. If we're being honest - had Mike MacIntyre brought in these three players, the Buff Nation would be up in arms (27%, 94 Votes)
- Excellent. An Auburn defensive lineman, the return of a three-star linebacker, and a 4.25 speedster. Adding talent where depth is required - good news! (13%, 45 Votes)
- Poor. You're kidding, right? An Auburn bench-warmer with one career tackle, a bounce back head case, and a wholly unrated Texas back? Hate to say it, but CU recruiting is regressing under Tucker (10%, 34 Votes)
Start Date: January 13, 2019 @ 7:22 pm

Defensive lineman Israel Antwine transfers from CU to Oklahoma State
- I just hope it was for "family reasons", as Antwine stated in his tweet, and not because the Buffs couldn't hang on to Katie Bason. That would be an unforced error on CU's part (40%, 117 Votes)
- Tough, but you can't get too upset. He is from Oklahoma, and was an OSU commit before CU flipped him at the last moment. Best of luck to him! (32%, 94 Votes)
- A big loss at a weak position. Coach Tucker & Co. need to have a few recruiting "wins" between now and the February Signing Day, or it's going to be a long season (28%, 82 Votes)
Start Date: January 12, 2019 @ 7:24 pm
End Date: No Expiry
Buffs dominate Cougars, with Washington up next (Sat., 8:00 p.m., ESPNU). Thoughts?
- The jury is still out on these Buffs. A win Saturday night will make me a believer again that this team can contend for post-season play (61%, 105 Votes)
- Nice to get over 70 points for a change, but WSU is one of the worst teams in the Pac-12 ... and Washington is one of the best. A return to reality Saturday night (31%, 53 Votes)
- Buffs just needed some home-cooking to right the ship. After a month away, the Buffs played well. I foresee a sweep of the Washington schools (8%, 14 Votes)
Start Date: January 11, 2019 @ 7:50 pm
End Date: No Expiry
Which of the following "predictions" seems most likely to happen in 2019?
- Colorado goes from worst-to-first-to-worst-to-worst-to-first, claiming the Pac-12 South title next fall (52%, 161 Votes)
- Urban Meyer's retirement lasts a year, with the former Ohio State coach taking over for Clay Helton at USC (41%, 125 Votes)
- Washington (25:1) or Oregon (33:1) plays for the national championship (7%, 21 Votes)
Start Date: January 10, 2019 @ 7:40 pm
End Date: No Expiry

I like the question about SS’s negative coverage. Personally, I think the see-saw coverage is mostly about “stirring the pot” and/or getting clicks. SS is this year’s draft soap opera–a love/hate fest For one negative story there is a more positive one. Some stories are just hit jobs (anonymous NFL assistant/exec), others just cover every minutia of his life. Yesterday, Kiper has him still going early.
SS is an intriguing draftee warranting discussion, however the extensive overall coverage on every detail for one QB prospect seems over the top. NFL teams have their draft boards, needs, and evaluations and they make decisions based upon that. I’ll be glad when SS and TH are picked today and the focus will be on our team.
The Buffs need to wear the silver and gold that are the official school colors. Black jerseys are OK as the’ve been around for a long time, but out with the black helmets–and the white ones too. Gold helmets with silver pants, alternating with silver helmets and gold pants would be good. Nix on all black and all white!!
‘SkoBuffs!! Drub the Nubs.
Stuart, your polls are so thoughtful and on point. Appreciate you doing this and sharing it with your CUAtTheGame community.
Did Coach Hagan just let the cat out of the bag regarding Colorado’s starting QB?
Wouldn’t mind the Cheez-It Bowl at all, as I have connections at Kellogg’s (owns Cheez-it) who could get me tickets!! Is that Cheezy??? 🙂
