Colorado opens as a 17.0-point underdog to UCLA (Saturday, 7:00 p.m., MT, Pac-12 Networks). Thoughts?
- I can definitely see the Buffs covering the three-score spread, but I don't see the Buffs winning this game. The Buffs haven't beaten UCLA in the Rose Bowl since 2004, and aren't likely to now (46%, 154 Votes)
- Take the bet! The Buffs are figuring things out on offense, and UCLA is 120th nationally in pass defense. Buffs shock their second straight double-digit opponent (29%, 98 Votes)
- UCLA has had a bye week to get rested and prepared, and Colorado on the road is, well, not a pretty sight. Glad to see the Buffs pick up the win over Oregon State, but UCLA is a much better opponent (25%, 82 Votes)

Colorado 37, Oregon State 34, 2OT. Thoughts?
- A great game! The Buffs had several chances to lose the game, but kept it together and pulled out a win. Huge victory for the program! (54%, 220 Votes)
- Let's worry about tomorrow tomorrow. I'm going to take the extra hour afforded by Daylight Savings to enjoy this one a little bit longer (28%, 115 Votes)
- Nice win for the players, but questionable coaching moves put the game in jeopardy. Enjoy it, Buff fans, because this may be the last win for awhile (18%, 72 Votes)

It's time! Your prediction for Oregon State at Colorado (Saturday, 5:10 p.m., MT, Pac-12 Networks)
- The Buffs tease us with some decent play (at times), but not enough to win. Buffs cover the double-digit spread, but come up short in another tough loss (37%, 87 Votes)
- Beautiful day, with (hopefully) a good Homecoming crowd. Buffs take it to the Beavers and avenge the "Gut Punch" game of 2018 with a big win! (32%, 76 Votes)
- Over the past two seasons, without Landman in the lineup, the Buffs have been surrendering 48 points per game. Oregon State runs the ball well, and run over the Buffs in an ugly rout (31%, 71 Votes)

Which of the following quotes from CU athletic director Rick George do you find to be the most intriguing?
- "I have 100% confidence in Karl (Dorrell). He is absolutely the right coach for our program" ... At least he indicated that there "were going to be fixes ... at the appropriated time" (44%, 101 Votes)
- "I hear your frustrations, but I don't make decisions based upon social media posts ... Negative comments are not helping" ... Really? With only two winning seasons since 2005? Thicker skin, please (30%, 69 Votes)
- "I am disappointed and frustrated ... I appreciate the passion of the fans ... We want to win, and we want to win now" ... Hope he can turn words into actions (26%, 59 Votes)

Which Pac-12 game (other than CU v. Oregon State) is the most interesting for you this weekend?
- No. 4 Oregon at Washington (Saturday, 5:30 p.m., MT, ABC) Oregon is No. 4 in the Playoff standings. Washington would like nothing more than to derail the Ducks' hopes (47%, 86 Votes)
- USC at Arizona State (Saturday, 8;30 p.m., MT, ESPN). This was supposed to be for the South Division title, but these teams are 6-5 in Pac-12. Last stand for Coach Herm? (30%, 54 Votes)
- Utah at Stanford (Friday, 8:30 p.m.,, MT, FS1) - The Utes control their own destiny in their quest for a Rose Bowl berth. Can they avoid a stumble at The Farm? (19%, 35 Votes)
- Cal at Arizona (Saturday, 1:00 p.m., MT, Pac-12 Networks). If we're being honest, this is probably Arizona's best chance at a win between now and next September (4%, 7 Votes)

I like the question about SS’s negative coverage. Personally, I think the see-saw coverage is mostly about “stirring the pot” and/or getting clicks. SS is this year’s draft soap opera–a love/hate fest For one negative story there is a more positive one. Some stories are just hit jobs (anonymous NFL assistant/exec), others just cover every minutia of his life. Yesterday, Kiper has him still going early.
SS is an intriguing draftee warranting discussion, however the extensive overall coverage on every detail for one QB prospect seems over the top. NFL teams have their draft boards, needs, and evaluations and they make decisions based upon that. I’ll be glad when SS and TH are picked today and the focus will be on our team.
The Buffs need to wear the silver and gold that are the official school colors. Black jerseys are OK as the’ve been around for a long time, but out with the black helmets–and the white ones too. Gold helmets with silver pants, alternating with silver helmets and gold pants would be good. Nix on all black and all white!!
‘SkoBuffs!! Drub the Nubs.
Stuart, your polls are so thoughtful and on point. Appreciate you doing this and sharing it with your CUAtTheGame community.
Did Coach Hagan just let the cat out of the bag regarding Colorado’s starting QB?
Wouldn’t mind the Cheez-It Bowl at all, as I have connections at Kellogg’s (owns Cheez-it) who could get me tickets!! Is that Cheezy??? 🙂
