Thoughts on "two years on, two years off" model proposed by CSU
- I'm okay with it. Gets CU out of Denver, and adds options for other non-conference scheduling (46%, 106 Votes)
- No. No. No. End the series. CU should not be giving "little brother" the time of day, much less equal status (31%, 73 Votes)
- Would rather have: "three years on, three years off" with a 2-for-1 in Boulder (23%, 53 Votes)

Pundits consensus: Washington wins the North; USC or UCLA the South. Concur?
- No and Yes. Can't see Washington winning the North, but USC or UCLA will win the South (60%, 129 Votes)
- No and No. Stanford or Oregon in the North; a surprise (CU?) in the South (37%, 79 Votes)
- Yes and Yes. Huskies win the North; one of the L.A. schools will take the South (3%, 8 Votes)

Thoughts on verbal commit from tight end Sebastian Olver
- A three-star prospect who plays both as tight end and defensive end. Yes, please! (49%, 140 Votes)
- Only one Power-Five offer and not even rated by Rivals when he committed. I have to say I'm a bit skeptical (27%, 78 Votes)
- I'm just glad to see that CU is still recruiting tight ends (24%, 66 Votes)

Best news from the Rick George media roundtable
- That the "Drive for $105M" - once a pipedream - is up to $95M raised (60%, 156 Votes)
- That the CSU series in Denver will end - for good - in 2019 (29%, 75 Votes)
- That CU is sticking with Nike, and has a contract fairly comparable to most of the Pac-12 (11%, 31 Votes)

I like the question about SS’s negative coverage. Personally, I think the see-saw coverage is mostly about “stirring the pot” and/or getting clicks. SS is this year’s draft soap opera–a love/hate fest For one negative story there is a more positive one. Some stories are just hit jobs (anonymous NFL assistant/exec), others just cover every minutia of his life. Yesterday, Kiper has him still going early.
SS is an intriguing draftee warranting discussion, however the extensive overall coverage on every detail for one QB prospect seems over the top. NFL teams have their draft boards, needs, and evaluations and they make decisions based upon that. I’ll be glad when SS and TH are picked today and the focus will be on our team.
The Buffs need to wear the silver and gold that are the official school colors. Black jerseys are OK as the’ve been around for a long time, but out with the black helmets–and the white ones too. Gold helmets with silver pants, alternating with silver helmets and gold pants would be good. Nix on all black and all white!!
‘SkoBuffs!! Drub the Nubs.
Stuart, your polls are so thoughtful and on point. Appreciate you doing this and sharing it with your CUAtTheGame community.
Did Coach Hagan just let the cat out of the bag regarding Colorado’s starting QB?
Wouldn’t mind the Cheez-It Bowl at all, as I have connections at Kellogg’s (owns Cheez-it) who could get me tickets!! Is that Cheezy??? 🙂
