Which factoid about Utah gives you the most confidence about the Buffs' game against the Utes?
- That Utah is last in the Pac-12 in passing offense, generating only 178 yards/game. The most vulnerable unit on the defense - the secondary - won't be facing an air raid offense (44%, 131 Votes)
- That Utah has scored a grand total of 14 points in the second half of its first three games, with one of the two touchdowns coming on a punt return. Get ahead, Buffs, and stay ahead! (28%, 83 Votes)
- That Utah is starting four new starters in the defensive backfield, including two freshmen and a sophomore. If Sam Noyer is going to bounce back - here's the opportunity (28%, 82 Votes)

Which of the following Karl Dorrell's quotes from his Monday press conference do you like the best?
- "We think recruiting has had a lot of interest with people who have watched us play ... They like our style and like what we are doing. We need to use that momentum for future recruiting classes". (51%, 185 Votes)
- "We have to control this week and not really think about what is going on a week from now. All of that would be for not if we don't play well this week" (37%, 136 Votes)
- "We were probably a little bit heavy on the run side of the ball the last two games. The goal is to get the energy back in our passing game" (12%, 44 Votes)

CU ranked No. 21 in latest AP poll (22nd in USA Today/Coaches' poll). Thoughts?
- Love it, but I hope it doesn't go to the players' heads. The first quarter v. UA looked like the Buffs thought they could show up and get the victory. A similar attitude v. Utah will end in defeat (56%, 207 Votes)
- Nice recognition for the team. Can we call it now? Karl Dorrell for Pac-12 (and perhaps national) coach of the year? Keep it up, Buffs! (24%, 91 Votes)
- It's about time. You can count the number of undefeated Power Five schools on one hand, but CU was the last to obtain any national recognition (20%, 74 Votes)

Colorado 24, Arizona 13. Thoughts?
- I love this team. Down 13-0, the Buffs did not panic, and rallied to score the final 24 points. Great team win! Neither Washington nor Oregon could overcome similar deficits - just sayin'! (70%, 323 Votes)
- I just love that Broussard went for 301 yards, with runs of 75, 72, and 59 yards ... and didn't score. Strange game! (18%, 83 Votes)
- In case you didn't notice, the Buffs fell behind the worst team in the league (with a backup quarterback). The Wildcats exposed the Buffs' weaknesses (12%, 58 Votes)

It's time! Your prediction for Colorado at Arizona (5:00 p.m., MT, FS1) ...
- I can see the Buffs winning, but I can also see the Wildcats keeping it interesting. Just like the first three games, CU fans will be happy - but won't be able to relax until late in the game (72%, 221 Votes)
- Feels like a blowout to me. Arizona has packed it in for the season (and perhaps Sumlin's career), and the Buffs still have something to prove. Buffs win No. 4 comes in a rout! (17%, 51 Votes)
- Arizona has CU's number (7-2 since CU joined the Pac-12). UA kept CU from going bowling the past three seasons - fingers crossed they don't make it four (11%, 34 Votes)

I like the question about SS’s negative coverage. Personally, I think the see-saw coverage is mostly about “stirring the pot” and/or getting clicks. SS is this year’s draft soap opera–a love/hate fest For one negative story there is a more positive one. Some stories are just hit jobs (anonymous NFL assistant/exec), others just cover every minutia of his life. Yesterday, Kiper has him still going early.
SS is an intriguing draftee warranting discussion, however the extensive overall coverage on every detail for one QB prospect seems over the top. NFL teams have their draft boards, needs, and evaluations and they make decisions based upon that. I’ll be glad when SS and TH are picked today and the focus will be on our team.
The Buffs need to wear the silver and gold that are the official school colors. Black jerseys are OK as the’ve been around for a long time, but out with the black helmets–and the white ones too. Gold helmets with silver pants, alternating with silver helmets and gold pants would be good. Nix on all black and all white!!
‘SkoBuffs!! Drub the Nubs.
Stuart, your polls are so thoughtful and on point. Appreciate you doing this and sharing it with your CUAtTheGame community.
Did Coach Hagan just let the cat out of the bag regarding Colorado’s starting QB?
Wouldn’t mind the Cheez-It Bowl at all, as I have connections at Kellogg’s (owns Cheez-it) who could get me tickets!! Is that Cheezy??? 🙂
