Wide receiver Paul Richardson cleared to start running
- Richardson should red-shirt this fall regardless. A healthy P-Rich is more important than getting him back early. (52%, 107 Votes)
- Unless he can play at least half the season, he should sit out 2012 (35%, 71 Votes)
- Great news! It's sounding more and more likely that the Buffs' one true offensive threat may be available this fall (13%, 27 Votes)
Start Date: July 4, 2012 @ 10:52 am
End Date: No Expiry
CU bans freshmen from interviews until after first game
- Sounds like a good idea. Many freshmen will be playing early. The fewer distractions the better (65%, 140 Votes)
- Yawn. It really doesn't matter to me either way. (28%, 60 Votes)
- It's overkill. Circle the wagons against CSU, not against the fans. (7%, 15 Votes)
Start Date: July 2, 2012 @ 7:07 pm

Former Kansas quarterback Jordan Webb finally a Buff
- It's fine. A quarterback competition is healthy, and the Buffs need a QB with game experience (62%, 135 Votes)
- I'm not encouraged. If Connor Wood was the real deal, Webb wouldn't have been offered a roster spot. (26%, 56 Votes)
- Great news! Webb brings experience, and perhaps the best option for success in 2012 (12%, 27 Votes)
Start Date: July 1, 2012 @ 3:26 pm
End Date: No Expiry
CU concludes Year One as a member of the Pac-12
- A great year! MBB wins title; future Pac-12 revenue assures CU's opportunity to compete (52%, 120 Votes)
- Satisfied, but impatient for improvement (CU should have bolted to Pac-12 back in '94 when the Buffs were great!) (42%, 97 Votes)
- I miss the Big 8/12 and its rivalries. Playing Utah to end the season doesn't cut it (6%, 14 Votes)
Start Date: June 29, 2012 @ 4:09 pm
End Date: No Expiry
My thoughts on a "play-for-pay" road trip to Michigan
- I like it. CU needs exposure. CU can't build a program by beating Grambling State, and the $1.45 million is a bonus (42%, 89 Votes)
- Okay if it fits into future Pac-12/Big Ten contract (i.e., CU gets a home game v. Big Ten team in 2017) (30%, 64 Votes)
- Unacceptable. CU should only be playing home-and-home with other BCS schools. (28%, 61 Votes)
Start Date: June 28, 2012 @ 10:12 am
End Date: No Expiry

I like the question about SS’s negative coverage. Personally, I think the see-saw coverage is mostly about “stirring the pot” and/or getting clicks. SS is this year’s draft soap opera–a love/hate fest For one negative story there is a more positive one. Some stories are just hit jobs (anonymous NFL assistant/exec), others just cover every minutia of his life. Yesterday, Kiper has him still going early.
SS is an intriguing draftee warranting discussion, however the extensive overall coverage on every detail for one QB prospect seems over the top. NFL teams have their draft boards, needs, and evaluations and they make decisions based upon that. I’ll be glad when SS and TH are picked today and the focus will be on our team.
The Buffs need to wear the silver and gold that are the official school colors. Black jerseys are OK as the’ve been around for a long time, but out with the black helmets–and the white ones too. Gold helmets with silver pants, alternating with silver helmets and gold pants would be good. Nix on all black and all white!!
‘SkoBuffs!! Drub the Nubs.
Stuart, your polls are so thoughtful and on point. Appreciate you doing this and sharing it with your CUAtTheGame community.
Did Coach Hagan just let the cat out of the bag regarding Colorado’s starting QB?
Wouldn’t mind the Cheez-It Bowl at all, as I have connections at Kellogg’s (owns Cheez-it) who could get me tickets!! Is that Cheezy??? 🙂
