Colorado outlasts California, 59-56 ...
- Bring on Arizona! Buffs have clinched an NCAA bid, and now have nothing to lose in taking on the Wildcats! (75%, 199 Votes)
- A good news / bad news result. I'm glad CU won, but it might be another rout against the Wildcats. A rout would be a downer heading into the NCAA's (16%, 43 Votes)
- All I know ... A few more games like this, and I'll have to get a "59-56" tattoo! (9%, 24 Votes)

My prediction for the Colorado / USC game ...
- Fairly close throughout, but with the Buffs in control, like the game against USC in LA (61%, 115 Votes)
- A CU blowout from start to finish, much like the game against USC at home (25%, 48 Votes)
- A nail-biter througout. USC has absolutely nothing to lose, and could keep Buff fans nervous until the final horn (14%, 27 Votes)

NCAA considering an early signing period ...
- I'm with ... CU. If an early signing period will help the Buffs in some way, then I'm for it (61%, 124 Votes)
- I'm with Mike Leach - An early signing period would help mid-level teams keep from having early verbal commits from being poached (21%, 42 Votes)
- I'm with David Shaw - It's a "terrible idea" to ask a 17-year old to make a decision even earlier than before (18%, 37 Votes)

I like the question about SS’s negative coverage. Personally, I think the see-saw coverage is mostly about “stirring the pot” and/or getting clicks. SS is this year’s draft soap opera–a love/hate fest For one negative story there is a more positive one. Some stories are just hit jobs (anonymous NFL assistant/exec), others just cover every minutia of his life. Yesterday, Kiper has him still going early.
SS is an intriguing draftee warranting discussion, however the extensive overall coverage on every detail for one QB prospect seems over the top. NFL teams have their draft boards, needs, and evaluations and they make decisions based upon that. I’ll be glad when SS and TH are picked today and the focus will be on our team.
The Buffs need to wear the silver and gold that are the official school colors. Black jerseys are OK as the’ve been around for a long time, but out with the black helmets–and the white ones too. Gold helmets with silver pants, alternating with silver helmets and gold pants would be good. Nix on all black and all white!!
‘SkoBuffs!! Drub the Nubs.
Stuart, your polls are so thoughtful and on point. Appreciate you doing this and sharing it with your CUAtTheGame community.
Did Coach Hagan just let the cat out of the bag regarding Colorado’s starting QB?
Wouldn’t mind the Cheez-It Bowl at all, as I have connections at Kellogg’s (owns Cheez-it) who could get me tickets!! Is that Cheezy??? 🙂
