- "B" - Better production than expected, but the bar was not set very high (35%, 80 Votes)
- "D" - CU has tight ends and fullbacks? Too often, it's hard to tell (9%, 21 Votes)

My grade for the running backs so far this season ...

- "D" - Two rushing TD's from four backs - 'Nuff said (18%, 48 Votes)

My thoughts on coach Mac chasing after the officials
- Totally in favor. Mac is emotional, and he is showing his passion to his team. Go Mac! (54%, 189 Votes)
- Mixed reaction. Like the emotion, but running after the officials carried things a bit too far (41%, 142 Votes)
- Totally opposed. The head coach has to show proper restraint ... These officials will work CU games in the future! (5%, 19 Votes)

I like the question about SS’s negative coverage. Personally, I think the see-saw coverage is mostly about “stirring the pot” and/or getting clicks. SS is this year’s draft soap opera–a love/hate fest For one negative story there is a more positive one. Some stories are just hit jobs (anonymous NFL assistant/exec), others just cover every minutia of his life. Yesterday, Kiper has him still going early.
SS is an intriguing draftee warranting discussion, however the extensive overall coverage on every detail for one QB prospect seems over the top. NFL teams have their draft boards, needs, and evaluations and they make decisions based upon that. I’ll be glad when SS and TH are picked today and the focus will be on our team.
The Buffs need to wear the silver and gold that are the official school colors. Black jerseys are OK as the’ve been around for a long time, but out with the black helmets–and the white ones too. Gold helmets with silver pants, alternating with silver helmets and gold pants would be good. Nix on all black and all white!!
‘SkoBuffs!! Drub the Nubs.
Stuart, your polls are so thoughtful and on point. Appreciate you doing this and sharing it with your CUAtTheGame community.
Did Coach Hagan just let the cat out of the bag regarding Colorado’s starting QB?
Wouldn’t mind the Cheez-It Bowl at all, as I have connections at Kellogg’s (owns Cheez-it) who could get me tickets!! Is that Cheezy??? 🙂
