The Pac-12 finishes the 2018 season with two ranked teams. Thoughts?
- What it says to me is that the Pac-12 - particularly the Pac-12 South - is there for the taking. Go get 'em, Coach Tucker! (82%, 195 Votes)
- Hard to believe that a team which didn't even win its division (WSU) is in the top ten ... and the Pac-12's highest ranked team (12%, 28 Votes)
- Washington State at No. 10 and Washington at No. 13 - sounds about right. Utah and Stanford were close, but probably not Top 25 material (6%, 16 Votes)

Is Tad Boyle on the hot seat? Should he be?
- Not sure - I'm hopeful that the Buffs will turn it around, but not real optimistic. I'm also unsure if CU would be able to find anyone better to coach the Buffs than Boyle (47%, 174 Votes)
- Yes. The Buffs are on the decline. Poor recruiting, poor shooting, poor defense. It's time to move on and bring in a new coach (28%, 102 Votes)
- No. As difficult as things are right now, the talent is there, and will be developed. Patience, people (25%, 91 Votes)

No. 1 Alabama v. No. 2 Clemson for the national championship Monday night. Your pick:
- Who cares? Just like the fans in the Bay area, I'm not really interested in Alabama/Clemson IV. I'm ready for the 2018 season to be put to bed (48%, 145 Votes)
- No. 1 Alabama - The Crimson Tide is just too good, even for the Tigers. Another national championship for Nick Saban (33%, 101 Votes)
- No. 2 Clemson - The Tigers have the defense to shut down the Tide. Clemson picks up another title (19%, 57 Votes)

Arizona State 83, Colorado 61. Thoughts?
- A complete and utter embarrassment. The Buffs were down 13-2 after six minutes, and were never competitive. Time for Rick George to think about CU's next coach (48%, 110 Votes)
- A tough loss, for sure. But let's recall that Arizona State was the Pac-12's lone ranked team a week ago, and the game was on the road. There are still 14 conference games to play (36%, 83 Votes)
- Just like the football team - the Pac-12 is down, but the Buffs can't find a way to take advantage. CU next season, Buffs - I'm out! (16%, 36 Votes)

What is your prediction for CU at Arizona State (Sat., 4:00 p.m., MT, Pac-12 Networks)
- Same old; same old. Buffs struggle early, fall behind, mount a mid-game comeback, lose in the end. Nothing new to see here. (52%, 102 Votes)
- You're kidding, right? This Buff team will struggle to win games at home - forget about any chance of a win on the road against the last Pac-12 team to be ranked. An ASU rout. (31%, 60 Votes)
- Actually, I see a win. The Sun Devils have lost their last two games, at home, to Princeton and Utah. They are as vulnerable as they are going to be, and are ripe for the taking (17%, 33 Votes)

I like the question about SS’s negative coverage. Personally, I think the see-saw coverage is mostly about “stirring the pot” and/or getting clicks. SS is this year’s draft soap opera–a love/hate fest For one negative story there is a more positive one. Some stories are just hit jobs (anonymous NFL assistant/exec), others just cover every minutia of his life. Yesterday, Kiper has him still going early.
SS is an intriguing draftee warranting discussion, however the extensive overall coverage on every detail for one QB prospect seems over the top. NFL teams have their draft boards, needs, and evaluations and they make decisions based upon that. I’ll be glad when SS and TH are picked today and the focus will be on our team.
The Buffs need to wear the silver and gold that are the official school colors. Black jerseys are OK as the’ve been around for a long time, but out with the black helmets–and the white ones too. Gold helmets with silver pants, alternating with silver helmets and gold pants would be good. Nix on all black and all white!!
‘SkoBuffs!! Drub the Nubs.
Stuart, your polls are so thoughtful and on point. Appreciate you doing this and sharing it with your CUAtTheGame community.
Did Coach Hagan just let the cat out of the bag regarding Colorado’s starting QB?
Wouldn’t mind the Cheez-It Bowl at all, as I have connections at Kellogg’s (owns Cheez-it) who could get me tickets!! Is that Cheezy??? 🙂
