We are three months out from the (scheduled) start to the 2020 season. Do you anticipate being in Folsom Field this fall?
- Yes, there will be fans in the stands, and I expect to be there (or would there if I lived in the area/could afford tickets) (45%, 96 Votes)
- Still undecided. We're edging closer to a plan for fans in the stands, but I'm not sure if I would go to a home game, or even if going to a game will be an option this fall (35%, 75 Votes)
- No. I can't see a scenario where I would want to put myself and/or my family in a crowd of 50,000 ... or even 25,000 (20%, 42 Votes)

CU introduces its "Buffs with a Brand" program to assist athletes with Name, Image and Likeness issues. Thoughts?
- Like it. I'm glad that CU is trying to stay on top of this issue. The proof, though, is in the pudding. We'll see if the program will help with CU recruiting down the road (37%, 52 Votes)
- It's fine, but the reality is that CU will never be able to help promote (read: Get as much money for) its players as well as other schools. "E" for effort, but NIL will ultimately hurt CU (32%, 45 Votes)
- Love it! It's great to see that CU is getting out in front of this issue (nice to have Rick George and Phil DiStefano on the front lines). This will help CU when legislation goes into effect (31%, 44 Votes)

Zephaniah Maea joins the herd as CU's third commitment from the Recruiting Class of 2021. Thoughts?
- Like it. Good size and speed, playing for a top program in the state of Nevada ... and a recruit in a position of need! Welcome, Mr. Maea, to the Black-and-Gold! (50%, 106 Votes)
- Just glad to see some movement. CU entered the day ranked last in the Pac-12 in recruiting (and ranked in the 100's nationally). Small class or no, it's not good optics to lag behind in commitments (28%, 60 Votes)
- A good pickup, but it appears that CU beat out Boise State and San Diego State for his services. If we are being honest, I would like to see CU aiming higher in terms of recruits (22%, 46 Votes)
Start Date: June 1, 2020 @ 5:00 pm

Which of the Podcast Companion videos would you rate as the most entertaining?
- The 1989 CU/Washington highlight video. The Jeff Campbell 56-yard reverse run for a touchdown was particularly enjoyable (36%, 22 Votes)
- The Bob Uecker "must be in the front row" commercial. I always get a kick out of "He missed the tag!" from the Uecker seats (34%, 21 Votes)
- The trailer for the film, "Born to Lead: The Sal Aunese Story". It's always touching to see the retelling of this story (30%, 18 Votes)
Start Date: May 31, 2020 @ 6:06 pm

Which of the "opposing coaches" comments do you find most disconcerting?
- "How are you going to sell Karl Dorrell? How does that work? He had an unsuccessful run at UCLA. Every coach in the league is going to use that against them" (45%, 84 Votes)
- "To hire a failed former conference coach? This is a massive setback for the program, and it’s hard to see how they can rebound from this" (38%, 72 Votes)
- "Their problem since they joined the Pac-12 is that they still want to build a roster in Texas and pick scraps in California. You’re in the Pac-12 now; you have to reverse that" (17%, 32 Votes)

I like the question about SS’s negative coverage. Personally, I think the see-saw coverage is mostly about “stirring the pot” and/or getting clicks. SS is this year’s draft soap opera–a love/hate fest For one negative story there is a more positive one. Some stories are just hit jobs (anonymous NFL assistant/exec), others just cover every minutia of his life. Yesterday, Kiper has him still going early.
SS is an intriguing draftee warranting discussion, however the extensive overall coverage on every detail for one QB prospect seems over the top. NFL teams have their draft boards, needs, and evaluations and they make decisions based upon that. I’ll be glad when SS and TH are picked today and the focus will be on our team.
The Buffs need to wear the silver and gold that are the official school colors. Black jerseys are OK as the’ve been around for a long time, but out with the black helmets–and the white ones too. Gold helmets with silver pants, alternating with silver helmets and gold pants would be good. Nix on all black and all white!!
‘SkoBuffs!! Drub the Nubs.
Stuart, your polls are so thoughtful and on point. Appreciate you doing this and sharing it with your CUAtTheGame community.
Did Coach Hagan just let the cat out of the bag regarding Colorado’s starting QB?
Wouldn’t mind the Cheez-It Bowl at all, as I have connections at Kellogg’s (owns Cheez-it) who could get me tickets!! Is that Cheezy??? 🙂
