Other than the much-discussed record of being the only 1,700-point, 600-assist, and 600-rebound player in Pac-12 history, which McKinley Wright record impresses you the most?
- That he has been named Pac-12 Player-of-the-Week six times, behind only Gary Payton (OSU - 9), Chris Mills (Ariz - 7) and Harold Miner (USC - 7) in Pac-12 history (53%, 121 Votes)
- That he is CU's career assists leader, handing out almost 100 more assists (655-to-562) than the No. 2 Buff on the list, Jay Humphries (35%, 80 Votes)
- That he has scored in double digits in 105 games in his CU career, having passed Josh Scott (95) on CU's all-time list earlier this year (12%, 27 Votes)

No. 3 CU will play the winner of the No. 6 Stanford/No. 11 Cal game next Thursday night (9:30 p.m., MT, ESPN). Thoughts?
- Glad CU gets the Stanford/Cal winner, rather than play Oregon State as the No. 4 seed (Beavers are hot). Also like avoiding the No. 1 seed until the finals ... but a 9:30 p.m., MT, start?? Yuck (42%, 88 Votes)
- A good bracket for CU. Both Stanford and Cal come into the Pac-12 tournament on four-game losing streaks. Couldn't ask for a better draw - let's go get 'em, Buffs! (40%, 83 Votes)
- Stanford's losing streak has largely been due to an injury to star Oscar de Silva, who could be back for Vegas. Remember losing to Washington State last year, Buffs? I hope so ... (18%, 37 Votes)

In 2021, the Colorado offensive line will be ...
- A question mark. There is some talent, and markedly more depth than in the past, but will the unit be dominant? To be determined ... (56%, 120 Votes)
- A strength. CU has four returning starters (actually five if you count previous experience). With a year's experience with the new coaching staff, and an off-season of practices ... look out, Pac-12! (40%, 87 Votes)
- A liability. The best player from last season, tackle Will Sherman, left early, and the remaining starters all have missed time due to injury. We'll see if any progress can be made without Sherman (4%, 9 Votes)

CU overcomes a sluggish start to take down Arizona State, 75-61. Thoughts?
- Can we just take a moment to savor how lucky we have been to have McKinley Wright on our team the last four years? He won't be named Pac-12 Player of the Year ... but he should (56%, 161 Votes)
- A great win! Finish the regular season with four straight wins, a national ranking, and a "lock" on a tournament bid. Enjoy the ride, Buff fans - it isn't over yet! (41%, 118 Votes)
- A great defensive effort, holding the Pac-12's leading scorer, Remy Martin to six points on 1-9 shooting, but CU won't survive too many games here on out turning the ball over 15 times. A lucky win (3%, 11 Votes)

What stands out to you as the most interesting factoid from CU's 2021 schedule?
- That CU has seven games in the state of Colorado this fall, with five of those seven games in the first half of the season ... before the Buffs take to the road for four of the final six games (80%, 164 Votes)
- That this will be the third time since joining the Pac-12 that CU has faced Arizona State in the Pac-12 opener, yet has never faced USC or Arizona (or Utah) to open Pac-12 play (13%, 27 Votes)
- That CU doesn't have any Pac-12 conference games on Friday until the finale Thanksgiving weekend against Utah. Not sure if that's a good thing or a bad thing - but it's different (7%, 15 Votes)

I like the question about SS’s negative coverage. Personally, I think the see-saw coverage is mostly about “stirring the pot” and/or getting clicks. SS is this year’s draft soap opera–a love/hate fest For one negative story there is a more positive one. Some stories are just hit jobs (anonymous NFL assistant/exec), others just cover every minutia of his life. Yesterday, Kiper has him still going early.
SS is an intriguing draftee warranting discussion, however the extensive overall coverage on every detail for one QB prospect seems over the top. NFL teams have their draft boards, needs, and evaluations and they make decisions based upon that. I’ll be glad when SS and TH are picked today and the focus will be on our team.
The Buffs need to wear the silver and gold that are the official school colors. Black jerseys are OK as the’ve been around for a long time, but out with the black helmets–and the white ones too. Gold helmets with silver pants, alternating with silver helmets and gold pants would be good. Nix on all black and all white!!
‘SkoBuffs!! Drub the Nubs.
Stuart, your polls are so thoughtful and on point. Appreciate you doing this and sharing it with your CUAtTheGame community.
Did Coach Hagan just let the cat out of the bag regarding Colorado’s starting QB?
Wouldn’t mind the Cheez-It Bowl at all, as I have connections at Kellogg’s (owns Cheez-it) who could get me tickets!! Is that Cheezy??? 🙂
