What would constitute a "victory" vs. No. 1 Arizona?
- An actual victory. Short-handed or not, there are no moral victories for this team (67%, 142 Votes)
- A solid effort. Hang tough throughout, even if it results in a close loss (24%, 51 Votes)
- Right now, anything short of an embarrassing blowout would be a win. The real "must win" game is against Arizona State on Saturday. (9%, 19 Votes)

Will either of CU's basketball teams be ranked again this season?
- Neither will be ranked again by the end of the season. (35%, 67 Votes)
- Both will. Both teams will rebound before the end of the season (30%, 58 Votes)
- Yes for the CU women, but not men. (17%, 33 Votes)
- Yes for the CU men, but not the women. (18%, 33 Votes)

My thoughts on CU losing six QB's in twelve months
- Only concerned if spring practices are affected. Buffs need reps, not obstacles (50%, 127 Votes)
- Not concerned. All six had the chance to compete, and lost out to a true freshman who came to Boulder in August. (42%, 108 Votes)
- Very concerned. Attrition - especially at this rate - is not the way to build a program (8%, 21 Votes)

Will Colorado still be ranked come Monday?
- No. Perception is everything, and the perception is that CU is not a top-25 team without Dinwiddie (67%, 131 Votes)
- Yes. CU was No. 21, and a loss to No. 25 UCLA won't hurt that much. Buffs deserved to remain ranked (21%, 42 Votes)
- Doesn't matter. Rankings don't really matter in college basketball. (12%, 23 Votes)

My prediction for the CU/USC game ...
- Buffs continue to struggle, but pull out a victory on their home court (55%, 72 Votes)
- CU able to work out the kinks against a lesser opponent. Buffs roll Trojans Saturday! (35%, 45 Votes)
- Hate to say it, but it looks like the young Buffs' confidence has been shattered. CU falls to USC, taking a three-game losing streak to Tucson to face No. 1 Arizona (10%, 13 Votes)
Start Date: January 17, 2014 @ 4:54 pm
End Date: No Expiry

I like the question about SS’s negative coverage. Personally, I think the see-saw coverage is mostly about “stirring the pot” and/or getting clicks. SS is this year’s draft soap opera–a love/hate fest For one negative story there is a more positive one. Some stories are just hit jobs (anonymous NFL assistant/exec), others just cover every minutia of his life. Yesterday, Kiper has him still going early.
SS is an intriguing draftee warranting discussion, however the extensive overall coverage on every detail for one QB prospect seems over the top. NFL teams have their draft boards, needs, and evaluations and they make decisions based upon that. I’ll be glad when SS and TH are picked today and the focus will be on our team.
The Buffs need to wear the silver and gold that are the official school colors. Black jerseys are OK as the’ve been around for a long time, but out with the black helmets–and the white ones too. Gold helmets with silver pants, alternating with silver helmets and gold pants would be good. Nix on all black and all white!!
‘SkoBuffs!! Drub the Nubs.
Stuart, your polls are so thoughtful and on point. Appreciate you doing this and sharing it with your CUAtTheGame community.
Did Coach Hagan just let the cat out of the bag regarding Colorado’s starting QB?
Wouldn’t mind the Cheez-It Bowl at all, as I have connections at Kellogg’s (owns Cheez-it) who could get me tickets!! Is that Cheezy??? 🙂
