Colorado opens as a 16-point underdog to No. 21 Arizona
- Arizona scored only seven points this past weekend, against a UCLA defense which gave up 500 yards to CU. This will be a much closer game than 16 points! (51%, 121 Votes)
- Buffs have been blown out in every game played in the state of Arizona since joining the Pac-12. I'm afraid of a blowout (49%, 117 Votes)

Colorado falls, 38-23, to Washington
- I don't know where or when - Buffs just need to find a way to win a game this month, or it's going to be a long off-season (37%, 102 Votes)
- This was the Buffs' last chance at a win. Welcome to 2-10 and an eight game losing streak heading into the 2015 season (36%, 99 Votes)
- CU put up 495 yards on a very good defense. Buffs just need to string four quarters together (27%, 77 Votes)
Start Date: November 1, 2014 @ 3:06 pm

The most interesting (other) game in the Pac-12 this weekend
- No. 17 Utah at No. 14 Arizona State - Sun Devils put the Utes in their place - or will they? (44%, 97 Votes)
- Stanford at No. 5 Oregon - Can the Cardinal make it three straight over the Ducks? (40%, 88 Votes)
- No. 12 Arizona at No. 22 UCLA - We'll find out if the Wildcats are for real this weekend (16%, 34 Votes)
Start Date: October 30, 2014 @ 7:44 pm
End Date: No Expiry
My pick to win the Pac-12 South is ...
- No. 14 Arizona State Sun Devils (6-1, 4-1) (50%, 97 Votes)
- No. 12 Arizona Wildcats (6-1, 3-1) (23%, 45 Votes)
- No. 17 Utah Utes (6-1, 3-1) (16%, 32 Votes)
- USC Trojans (5-3, 4-2) (6%, 11 Votes)
- No. 22 UCLA Bruins (6-2, 3-2) (5%, 9 Votes)
Start Date: October 29, 2014 @ 7:07 pm
End Date: No Expiry
Oregon No. 5 in first-ever College Playoff Rankings. My thoughts:
- Cheering for the Ducks. The Pac-12 deserves to have a team in the playoffs (64%, 136 Votes)
- I don't see Oregon, or any Pac-12 team, making the Final Four this year (26%, 54 Votes)
- Cheering for the Ducks ... to lose. I'd rather have Arizona or Arizona State rise up into the Top Four (10%, 21 Votes)
Start Date: October 28, 2014 @ 7:53 pm
End Date: No Expiry

I like the question about SS’s negative coverage. Personally, I think the see-saw coverage is mostly about “stirring the pot” and/or getting clicks. SS is this year’s draft soap opera–a love/hate fest For one negative story there is a more positive one. Some stories are just hit jobs (anonymous NFL assistant/exec), others just cover every minutia of his life. Yesterday, Kiper has him still going early.
SS is an intriguing draftee warranting discussion, however the extensive overall coverage on every detail for one QB prospect seems over the top. NFL teams have their draft boards, needs, and evaluations and they make decisions based upon that. I’ll be glad when SS and TH are picked today and the focus will be on our team.
The Buffs need to wear the silver and gold that are the official school colors. Black jerseys are OK as the’ve been around for a long time, but out with the black helmets–and the white ones too. Gold helmets with silver pants, alternating with silver helmets and gold pants would be good. Nix on all black and all white!!
‘SkoBuffs!! Drub the Nubs.
Stuart, your polls are so thoughtful and on point. Appreciate you doing this and sharing it with your CUAtTheGame community.
Did Coach Hagan just let the cat out of the bag regarding Colorado’s starting QB?
Wouldn’t mind the Cheez-It Bowl at all, as I have connections at Kellogg’s (owns Cheez-it) who could get me tickets!! Is that Cheezy??? 🙂
