Daily Camera: A 7-5 record is a reasonable expectation
- Who knows? I'm tired of guessing ... let's get to Friday night and find out just how good these Buffs are going to be! (57%, 205 Votes)
- Each season is a new year - just ask an Oregon State fan how excited they are about 2017. I'll take a winning season right now, sight unseen (28%, 101 Votes)
- Absurd. Look at the schedule! There are at least 8-9 wins there (15%, 53 Votes)

The greatest concern stemming from the CSU/OSU game
- That CSU has a game under their belt, and head to Denver with confidence (45%, 174 Votes)
- None of the above. My confidence in a CU victory has not been shaken (27%, 102 Votes)
- The 525 yards - and 58 points - posted by the CSU offense (26%, 99 Votes)

Your take from the 58-27 victory by Colorado State over Oregon State?
- The Buffs had better bring their "A" game, or they are looking at losing their opener (54%, 189 Votes)
- Hard to say ... I guess I agree with Coach Mac that CU would have been better off with a Week Zero game of their own (30%, 105 Votes)
- The Beavers are a lousy team. The October date in Corvallis just became a sure "W" (16%, 54 Votes)

I like the question about SS’s negative coverage. Personally, I think the see-saw coverage is mostly about “stirring the pot” and/or getting clicks. SS is this year’s draft soap opera–a love/hate fest For one negative story there is a more positive one. Some stories are just hit jobs (anonymous NFL assistant/exec), others just cover every minutia of his life. Yesterday, Kiper has him still going early.
SS is an intriguing draftee warranting discussion, however the extensive overall coverage on every detail for one QB prospect seems over the top. NFL teams have their draft boards, needs, and evaluations and they make decisions based upon that. I’ll be glad when SS and TH are picked today and the focus will be on our team.
The Buffs need to wear the silver and gold that are the official school colors. Black jerseys are OK as the’ve been around for a long time, but out with the black helmets–and the white ones too. Gold helmets with silver pants, alternating with silver helmets and gold pants would be good. Nix on all black and all white!!
‘SkoBuffs!! Drub the Nubs.
Stuart, your polls are so thoughtful and on point. Appreciate you doing this and sharing it with your CUAtTheGame community.
Did Coach Hagan just let the cat out of the bag regarding Colorado’s starting QB?
Wouldn’t mind the Cheez-It Bowl at all, as I have connections at Kellogg’s (owns Cheez-it) who could get me tickets!! Is that Cheezy??? 🙂
