CU at the Game NIL Podcast Campaign Complete

Just wanted to drop a final note of appreciation to all who contributed to the CU at the Game NIL podcast campaign. Back in February, when it appeared there was little going on in the world of NIL (at least as far as CU was concerned), I set up a GoFundMe campaign to raise $10,000 so that I could offer $500 to 20 CU student-athletes for 30-40 minute interviews. Thanks to your support, $10,000 was raised in three days. There remains hope for a CU Collective in the near future (if you believe the tweets of Kelli Brooks and Jeremy Dougherty, something is in the works), which would dwarf the NIL Podcast campaign, but we’ve done what we could do.

Over the past four months, I have been conducting the interviews, with the final podcast, with redshirt freshman tight end Caleb Fauria, being posted Sunday morning. I have been able to talk with a pretty fair cross-section of the team.

The podcasts can, of course, be found here at the CU at the Game website (links to each interview can be found below), but can also be found at most of the popular podcast sites (Apple Podcasts, Google Podcasts, Spotify, IHeartRadio, etc.).

It’s been a long journey, but I hope worth it for those who invested in the project. Perhaps we’ll try it again next spring …

  1. Thanks f or organizing these Stu. Really appreciate it. I would love for you to do another set during the season maybe. Arrange an after game interview maybe? Could be tough if it was a tough season but still would be worthwhile and I think it would be easy to get the guys interested.
