The CU defensive line, heading into spring practices
- Is loaded with young talent. Forced into action last fall, these young Buffs will shine under Jeffcoat (45%, 118 Votes)
- Is a real liability. Here's hoping Jim Jeffcoat is a miracle worker (28%, 73 Votes)
- Has players who, according to coach Mac, "need to lose 25 pounds" ... Ouch! (27%, 71 Votes)
Start Date: February 24, 2013 @ 7:16 pm
End Date: No Expiry
My view of the CU offensive line heading into spring practices ...
- A question mark. Many questions will have to be answered this spring before I'll get excited about this group (69%, 148 Votes)
- A weakness. Buffs went nowhere with this line in 2012, and the best player bolted for the NFL (24%, 52 Votes)
- A strength. Buffs only lost two linemen, return significant depth and experience (7%, 13 Votes)
Start Date: February 23, 2013 @ 3:34 pm
End Date: No Expiry
CU women likely to host the first two rounds of the NCAA tournament. My plans ...

- Sorry, but I'm not really interested in CU women's basketball (33%, 24 Votes)
- I'll be there to cheer the Buffs onto the Sweet Sixteen (16%, 12 Votes)

I like the question about SS’s negative coverage. Personally, I think the see-saw coverage is mostly about “stirring the pot” and/or getting clicks. SS is this year’s draft soap opera–a love/hate fest For one negative story there is a more positive one. Some stories are just hit jobs (anonymous NFL assistant/exec), others just cover every minutia of his life. Yesterday, Kiper has him still going early.
SS is an intriguing draftee warranting discussion, however the extensive overall coverage on every detail for one QB prospect seems over the top. NFL teams have their draft boards, needs, and evaluations and they make decisions based upon that. I’ll be glad when SS and TH are picked today and the focus will be on our team.
The Buffs need to wear the silver and gold that are the official school colors. Black jerseys are OK as the’ve been around for a long time, but out with the black helmets–and the white ones too. Gold helmets with silver pants, alternating with silver helmets and gold pants would be good. Nix on all black and all white!!
‘SkoBuffs!! Drub the Nubs.
Stuart, your polls are so thoughtful and on point. Appreciate you doing this and sharing it with your CUAtTheGame community.
Did Coach Hagan just let the cat out of the bag regarding Colorado’s starting QB?
Wouldn’t mind the Cheez-It Bowl at all, as I have connections at Kellogg’s (owns Cheez-it) who could get me tickets!! Is that Cheezy??? 🙂
