Rate your level of confidence that CU will earn a berth in the Big 12 Championship game
- Low to Medium. BYU and Iowa State are undefeated, and Kansas State has the tie-breaker over the Buffs. Too many games would have to fall just right for a title game berth to work out (54%, 162 Votes)
- Don't even talk about it (we shouldn't jinx anything by even mentioning it). Strange how we go from relief over six wins to expecting the world. Just enjoy six ... and hope for No. 7 next week (41%, 123 Votes)
- Medium to High. If you look at CU's schedule, four more wins are certainly a reasonable expectation. If the teams above CU stumble just a little, the Buffs can be in the title game in Arlington (5%, 17 Votes)

Which of the following bowls would you prefer to see CU invited to this season?
- Who needs a bowl game? I'm holding out for a College Football Playoff berth! Buffs are in the Big 12 race until further notice, so I'm looking for nothing less than the CFP! (47%, 121 Votes)
- The Las Vegas Bowl or Holiday Bowl. CU's last two bowl games were Alamo Bowls. Ready for something different ... and a more fun locale to visit. Give me one of the "Pac-12's" 2nd or 3rd choices (40%, 103 Votes)
- The Alamo Bowl. Assuming Oregon will be in the playoffs, the next Pac-12 bowl berth is the Alamo Bowl. CU in San Antonio means CU is the "Pac-12's" second-best team (13%, 32 Votes)

CU receives commitments from three-star defensive lineman Christian Hudson and four-star wide receiver Adrian Wilson. Thoughts?
- These are nice commitments, but I'm waiting to hear that five-star quarterback JuJu Lewis has decommitted from USC and is coming to CU. Without a '25 QB, this Class has a big hole (46%, 114 Votes)
- Great pickups to the Recruiting Class of 2025. I love their offer sheets, and the fact that both are decommits from other Big 12 schools (Hudson from UCF; Wilson from ASU) (39%, 97 Votes)
- I guess the best part to me is that this shows Coach Prime's commitment to being CU's coach. With the Buffs' success, the "Coach Prime to .... " talk has resurfaced (15%, 36 Votes)

Colorado ranked No. 23 in the latest Associated Press poll (No. 26 in the Coaches' poll). Thoughts?
- Love it! Buffs are 6-2, 4-1, and are not only bowl-eligible, but in the thick of the Big 12 race. Happy days for the Buff Nation! Take that, haters! (37%, 103 Votes)
- I'm with Coach Prime on this one: "We rather be in the back, in the dark, just chilling in the cut" - Buffs have played better outside of the national spotlight (32%, 90 Votes)
- A stat to ponder: This ranking marks just the third time CU will be ranked in November in the past 20 years (2005 and 2016). This is a legitimately good team. Enjoy! (31%, 89 Votes)

Colorado 34, Cincinnati 23. Thoughts?
- The Buffs are now 6-2, and bowl eligible. And, did you notice - all four of CU's November opponents lost on Saturday. Is a repeat of the 2016 season now a real possibility? (41%, 117 Votes)
- A great game on both sides of the ball! The Buffs scored on all four of their first half possessions, never looking back. Look out Big 12 ... CU is 4-1 in Big 12 play! (30%, 84 Votes)
- Hard to complain about a win, but the Buffs certainly made their fans nervous late, going from a three-score game to a one-score game in the fourth quarter (29%, 83 Votes)

I like the question about SS’s negative coverage. Personally, I think the see-saw coverage is mostly about “stirring the pot” and/or getting clicks. SS is this year’s draft soap opera–a love/hate fest For one negative story there is a more positive one. Some stories are just hit jobs (anonymous NFL assistant/exec), others just cover every minutia of his life. Yesterday, Kiper has him still going early.
SS is an intriguing draftee warranting discussion, however the extensive overall coverage on every detail for one QB prospect seems over the top. NFL teams have their draft boards, needs, and evaluations and they make decisions based upon that. I’ll be glad when SS and TH are picked today and the focus will be on our team.
The Buffs need to wear the silver and gold that are the official school colors. Black jerseys are OK as the’ve been around for a long time, but out with the black helmets–and the white ones too. Gold helmets with silver pants, alternating with silver helmets and gold pants would be good. Nix on all black and all white!!
‘SkoBuffs!! Drub the Nubs.
Stuart, your polls are so thoughtful and on point. Appreciate you doing this and sharing it with your CUAtTheGame community.
Did Coach Hagan just let the cat out of the bag regarding Colorado’s starting QB?
Wouldn’t mind the Cheez-It Bowl at all, as I have connections at Kellogg’s (owns Cheez-it) who could get me tickets!! Is that Cheezy??? 🙂
