Four-star CB Yuri Wright will be in Boulder this weekend. My take ...
- He'll come to CU, but the Buff Nation will have to wait until NSD for good news. (53%, 157 Votes)
- He'll end up elsewhere. Lure of Michigan or Notre Dame will be too great. (29%, 86 Votes)
- It's a done deal. Wright will commit to CU after official visit. (16%, 47 Votes)
- Who is Yuri Wright? (2%, 7 Votes)

If June Jones, former coach at Hawai'i and SMU, is hired by Arizona State ...
- It helps CU. More power offense recruits for Buffs / Jones not a proven BCS commodity / Would leave for better opportunity. (54%, 20 Votes)
- Not bad for CU, but not great. Better for CU than some of the other options (Petersen/Sumlin). (30%, 11 Votes)
- It's a tough day for CU. Another spread offense to deal with each season. (16%, 6 Votes)

The CU recruiting Class is about half filled. My grade ...
- B - Better than what we had under Hawkins, but no home runs (59%, 165 Votes)
- C - Can't tell a lie. Looks pretty average so far. (33%, 91 Votes)
- A - A number of quality players, with two great quarterback prospects (7%, 20 Votes)
- F - Feels like CU is treading water. Embree and Co. were brought in to recruit. So far? Nothing. (1%, 4 Votes)
Start Date: December 6, 2011 @ 4:29 pm

If Gary Barnett were to be hired as head coach at CSU, I would ...
- Be happy for GB, who got a raw deal at CU, and wish him success. (53%, 175 Votes)
- Be concerned that GB would turn things around, and focus the Rams even more on the rivalry. (34%, 112 Votes)
- Be indifferent. CSU is beyond help at this point. (13%, 45 Votes)

I like the question about SS’s negative coverage. Personally, I think the see-saw coverage is mostly about “stirring the pot” and/or getting clicks. SS is this year’s draft soap opera–a love/hate fest For one negative story there is a more positive one. Some stories are just hit jobs (anonymous NFL assistant/exec), others just cover every minutia of his life. Yesterday, Kiper has him still going early.
SS is an intriguing draftee warranting discussion, however the extensive overall coverage on every detail for one QB prospect seems over the top. NFL teams have their draft boards, needs, and evaluations and they make decisions based upon that. I’ll be glad when SS and TH are picked today and the focus will be on our team.
The Buffs need to wear the silver and gold that are the official school colors. Black jerseys are OK as the’ve been around for a long time, but out with the black helmets–and the white ones too. Gold helmets with silver pants, alternating with silver helmets and gold pants would be good. Nix on all black and all white!!
‘SkoBuffs!! Drub the Nubs.
Stuart, your polls are so thoughtful and on point. Appreciate you doing this and sharing it with your CUAtTheGame community.
Did Coach Hagan just let the cat out of the bag regarding Colorado’s starting QB?
Wouldn’t mind the Cheez-It Bowl at all, as I have connections at Kellogg’s (owns Cheez-it) who could get me tickets!! Is that Cheezy??? 🙂
