Pac-12 struggling in post-season play
- Not news for CU. Buffs need to focus on CSU, Nebraska and New Hampshire ... then we'll get back to the Pac-12 (44%, 75 Votes)
- Bad news for CU. Less respect for the conference will net less television revenue down the road (43%, 72 Votes)
- Good news for CU. Other than USC, the Pac-12 South finished 7-6, 7-6, 7-6, 6-7 and 5-7 ... Good chance for "The Rise" to resume in 2018 (13%, 22 Votes)

How will the Buffs fare in the opening weekend of Pac-12 conference play?
- 1-1. I can see the Buffs taking out the Beavers, but CU has no chance against the Ducks (60%, 118 Votes)
- 0-2. This young team has yet to win a road game this season - and that trend is likely to continue this weekend (31%, 61 Votes)
- 2-0. Oregon State went 5-27 last year, and Oregon is overrated (9%, 17 Votes)
Start Date: December 28, 2017 @ 7:36 pm

Are significant Pac-12 coaching moves still in store this off-season?
- No. Other than the addition of assistant coaches, the 2018 Pac-12 coaching lineup is probably set (49%, 104 Votes)
- Yes. If Bill Snyder retires at Kansas State, Jim Leavitt will be a prime candidate as a replacement (36%, 76 Votes)
- Yes. I can see David Shaw or Chris Petersen being lured to the NFL (15%, 31 Votes)
Start Date: December 27, 2017 @ 8:46 pm
End Date: No Expiry
Utah takes out West Virginia in the Heart of Dallas Bowl
- Good news. The Pac-12 needs all of the wins over other Power-Five teams it can get (57%, 118 Votes)
- Not news. Results of bowl games have zero impact on the upcoming season (35%, 72 Votes)
- Bad news. Another reason for 2018 prognosticators to pick CU last in the Pac-12 South (8%, 17 Votes)
Start Date: December 26, 2017 @ 9:45 pm
End Date: No Expiry
What do you think about the new Signing Day in December?
- It's great! CU held on to some recruits they may have lost had Signing Day been in February (74%, 167 Votes)
- Still not early enough. Signing Day should be in July (as Mike MacIntyre favors) (17%, 39 Votes)
- Not a real fan ... if for no other reason than we now won't have recruiting to talk about during the long, dreary month of January (9%, 19 Votes)
Start Date: December 25, 2017 @ 12:21 pm
End Date: No Expiry

I like the question about SS’s negative coverage. Personally, I think the see-saw coverage is mostly about “stirring the pot” and/or getting clicks. SS is this year’s draft soap opera–a love/hate fest For one negative story there is a more positive one. Some stories are just hit jobs (anonymous NFL assistant/exec), others just cover every minutia of his life. Yesterday, Kiper has him still going early.
SS is an intriguing draftee warranting discussion, however the extensive overall coverage on every detail for one QB prospect seems over the top. NFL teams have their draft boards, needs, and evaluations and they make decisions based upon that. I’ll be glad when SS and TH are picked today and the focus will be on our team.
The Buffs need to wear the silver and gold that are the official school colors. Black jerseys are OK as the’ve been around for a long time, but out with the black helmets–and the white ones too. Gold helmets with silver pants, alternating with silver helmets and gold pants would be good. Nix on all black and all white!!
‘SkoBuffs!! Drub the Nubs.
Stuart, your polls are so thoughtful and on point. Appreciate you doing this and sharing it with your CUAtTheGame community.
Did Coach Hagan just let the cat out of the bag regarding Colorado’s starting QB?
Wouldn’t mind the Cheez-It Bowl at all, as I have connections at Kellogg’s (owns Cheez-it) who could get me tickets!! Is that Cheezy??? 🙂
