What I would most like to see Saturday ...
- A win with no injuries would be sufficient, thank you (43%, 149 Votes)
- A 50+ point offensive show with 600+ yards of total offense (23%, 79 Votes)
- A Cade Apsay touchdown pass to Jay MacIntyre ... in the third quarter (20%, 70 Votes)
- A shutout. Nicholls has scored a total of ten points in two games (against low level competition) (14%, 52 Votes)

CU to wear white helmets, black uniforms and white pants this weekend ...
- Don't really care one way or the other ... but they had better look good for Oregon and ESPN (51%, 172 Votes)
- Love the look. A sharp combination, and I'm glad that CU is keeping up with the rest of college football (26%, 88 Votes)
- Hate it. Don't like the white helmets - white pants - lack of gold - overall look (23%, 79 Votes)
Start Date: September 22, 2015 @ 7:25 pm

CU listed as a 50-point favorite over Nicholls. Takers?
- I'd take Nicholls. CU isn't that overwhelming, and Coach Mac won't run up the score (50%, 185 Votes)
- I'm just amazed that CU is expected - by any bookmaker - to score 50+ points (40%, 150 Votes)
- Give the points. Yes, ladies and gentlemen, Nicholls is THAT bad. (10%, 37 Votes)

Is the CSU victory a "corner-turning" game?
- It's been 22 months since a Pac-12 win. The "corner-turning" win will have to come against a ranked Pac-12 foe (65%, 247 Votes)
- Yes. Coming from 14-0 down and winning in overtime will lead to similar wins in Pac-12 play (20%, 74 Votes)
- I doubt it. CU still has too much catching up to do to be competitive in the Pac-12 this fall (15%, 57 Votes)
Start Date: September 20, 2015 @ 4:12 pm
End Date: No Expiry
CU defeats Colorado State, 27-24, in overtime
- A great win, but let's not get ahead of ourselves. It's still just a win over a Group-Five team. Let's win some Pac-12 games before we get excited (54%, 193 Votes)
- All I know ... the Buffs shut up the Ram Nation for the next 12 months! (38%, 135 Votes)
- Fantastic! Just the sort of win the program has been looking for. The sky is the limit! (8%, 32 Votes)
Start Date: September 19, 2015 @ 10:17 pm

I like the question about SS’s negative coverage. Personally, I think the see-saw coverage is mostly about “stirring the pot” and/or getting clicks. SS is this year’s draft soap opera–a love/hate fest For one negative story there is a more positive one. Some stories are just hit jobs (anonymous NFL assistant/exec), others just cover every minutia of his life. Yesterday, Kiper has him still going early.
SS is an intriguing draftee warranting discussion, however the extensive overall coverage on every detail for one QB prospect seems over the top. NFL teams have their draft boards, needs, and evaluations and they make decisions based upon that. I’ll be glad when SS and TH are picked today and the focus will be on our team.
The Buffs need to wear the silver and gold that are the official school colors. Black jerseys are OK as the’ve been around for a long time, but out with the black helmets–and the white ones too. Gold helmets with silver pants, alternating with silver helmets and gold pants would be good. Nix on all black and all white!!
‘SkoBuffs!! Drub the Nubs.
Stuart, your polls are so thoughtful and on point. Appreciate you doing this and sharing it with your CUAtTheGame community.
Did Coach Hagan just let the cat out of the bag regarding Colorado’s starting QB?
Wouldn’t mind the Cheez-It Bowl at all, as I have connections at Kellogg’s (owns Cheez-it) who could get me tickets!! Is that Cheezy??? 🙂
