How I rate the 87-78 win over Gardner-Webb in the CBI
- Just a win. Beating the seventh place team from the Big South not much cause for a big celebration (64%, 140 Votes)
- An important win. The young players came through on a short bench, and Josh Scott was a monster (33%, 72 Votes)
- A sad day. The win will just give us five more days of stories about Ski and Thomas being gone (3%, 7 Votes)

My thoughts on Askia Booker's decision not to play in the CBI
- Totally okay with it. He has bled black-and-gold for four years. He's ready to move on, and no one has a right to complain (54%, 185 Votes)
- Hard to say. I understand the explanation, but I'm not sure I'm buying that this is the real reason (28%, 98 Votes)
- Totally not okay with it. He is being selfish and is not supporting his teammates (18%, 62 Votes)

CU to play Gardner-Webb in the CBI
- Great news! An opportunity for younger players to play, and for Buffs to end on a high note (51%, 119 Votes)
- All I know is CU (as did Oregon and Oregon State) had better win the tournament, or the season will be even more of a disappointment (39%, 90 Votes)
- Awful decision. Booker gone; Thomas gone. No other Power-Five team deemed the tournament worthy of their time (10%, 24 Votes)
Start Date: March 16, 2015 @ 3:11 pm

Thoughts on Spring Game setup
- Liked it. Some good and some bad, about what you would expect from a Spring game (33%, 78 Votes)
- Hated it. Who wants to watch a practice? It was a boring format, and needs to be scraped (32%, 75 Votes)
- Have no idea - the Pac-12 Networks pre-empted the practice portion with a softball game (28%, 66 Votes)
- Loved it. Good to see the practices, and the game was entertaining (7%, 14 Votes)

I like the question about SS’s negative coverage. Personally, I think the see-saw coverage is mostly about “stirring the pot” and/or getting clicks. SS is this year’s draft soap opera–a love/hate fest For one negative story there is a more positive one. Some stories are just hit jobs (anonymous NFL assistant/exec), others just cover every minutia of his life. Yesterday, Kiper has him still going early.
SS is an intriguing draftee warranting discussion, however the extensive overall coverage on every detail for one QB prospect seems over the top. NFL teams have their draft boards, needs, and evaluations and they make decisions based upon that. I’ll be glad when SS and TH are picked today and the focus will be on our team.
The Buffs need to wear the silver and gold that are the official school colors. Black jerseys are OK as the’ve been around for a long time, but out with the black helmets–and the white ones too. Gold helmets with silver pants, alternating with silver helmets and gold pants would be good. Nix on all black and all white!!
‘SkoBuffs!! Drub the Nubs.
Stuart, your polls are so thoughtful and on point. Appreciate you doing this and sharing it with your CUAtTheGame community.
Did Coach Hagan just let the cat out of the bag regarding Colorado’s starting QB?
Wouldn’t mind the Cheez-It Bowl at all, as I have connections at Kellogg’s (owns Cheez-it) who could get me tickets!! Is that Cheezy??? 🙂
