The most over-rated unit of CU's offense
- Offensive Line - "Potential" never seems to add up to "Production" (38%, 67 Votes)
- Running backs - No back over 500 yards last year (first time since 1983) (32%, 56 Votes)
- Quarterback - Sefo Liufau has a 4-18 record as a starter; only one win in the Pac-12 (18%, 32 Votes)
- Wide Receivers - Once teams figured out Spruce, no one else stepped up (12%, 22 Votes)

The most underrated unit on CU's offense
- Quarterback - Sefo Liufau would be All-Pac-12 if the CU defense was better (28%, 54 Votes)
- Wide Receivers - The unit is more than Nelson Spruce et al. (27%, 51 Votes)
- Running backs - With a committee approach, the talented backs don't post glamourous numbers (24%, 45 Votes)

CU ranked ahead of 20 other Power-5 schools in Phil Steele Power Poll
- Nice ... I just hope the Buffs prove him right this fall (75%, 159 Votes)
- Great! It's about time CU got some recognition for the progress being made in Boulder (17%, 36 Votes)
- Steele also has four Pac-12 teams in his top 12 in the nation, so it will still be a long season (8%, 16 Votes)

Chances "a shrewd AD will pluck Mike MacIntyre out of Boulder"
- Fair. But not until he has posted some wins, to show he can turn around a P5 program (64%, 187 Votes)
- Poor. Zero chance another school takes a flyer on a coach with a 1-17 Pac-12 record (27%, 80 Votes)
- Good. Even though it is not reflected in CU's record, MacIntyre can recruit and coach (9%, 24 Votes)
Start Date: July 23, 2015 @ 7:25 am

CBS picks CU men's basketball to finish 7th in the Pac-12
- About right. With the loss of XJ, this team will be a bubble team all season long (57%, 125 Votes)
- Too low. One season of poor performance does not a trend make. Tad will have the Buffs back in contention (29%, 64 Votes)
- Sorry. I'm not paying attention to basketball until the football team hits loss No. 7 (14%, 32 Votes)
Start Date: July 22, 2015 @ 8:15 am
End Date: No Expiry

I like the question about SS’s negative coverage. Personally, I think the see-saw coverage is mostly about “stirring the pot” and/or getting clicks. SS is this year’s draft soap opera–a love/hate fest For one negative story there is a more positive one. Some stories are just hit jobs (anonymous NFL assistant/exec), others just cover every minutia of his life. Yesterday, Kiper has him still going early.
SS is an intriguing draftee warranting discussion, however the extensive overall coverage on every detail for one QB prospect seems over the top. NFL teams have their draft boards, needs, and evaluations and they make decisions based upon that. I’ll be glad when SS and TH are picked today and the focus will be on our team.
The Buffs need to wear the silver and gold that are the official school colors. Black jerseys are OK as the’ve been around for a long time, but out with the black helmets–and the white ones too. Gold helmets with silver pants, alternating with silver helmets and gold pants would be good. Nix on all black and all white!!
‘SkoBuffs!! Drub the Nubs.
Stuart, your polls are so thoughtful and on point. Appreciate you doing this and sharing it with your CUAtTheGame community.
Did Coach Hagan just let the cat out of the bag regarding Colorado’s starting QB?
Wouldn’t mind the Cheez-It Bowl at all, as I have connections at Kellogg’s (owns Cheez-it) who could get me tickets!! Is that Cheezy??? 🙂
