- Satisfied with the win. Defense played well; offense took charge when necessary. (56%, 170 Votes)
- Not very happy. CSU not a very good team. Buffs still undisciplined; playing to level of competition. (33%, 101 Votes)
- A great overall win. "The Drive" will be remembered for years - a sign of better days to come! (11%, 32 Votes)

How important is it for OT's Bakhtiari and/or Dannewitz to play v. CSU?
- Very important. CU is 114th in the nation in rushing. Duh. (51%, 99 Votes)
- Somewhat important. Buffs have yet to establish a rhythm on offense. (32%, 63 Votes)
- Not important. Buffs roll Rams regardless. (17%, 33 Votes)

CU has filled about half of its 2012 recruiting class ...
- Had hoped for more four-star recruits, but I guess it will take some W's to get them here (74%, 158 Votes)
- Excellent class so far. Needs filled; quality players (15%, 32 Votes)
- Disappointing. Seems like before - CU settling for two- and three-star projects (11%, 23 Votes)

Last year's RMS attendance was a new low (60,989), and may be lower this year

- When the Buffs are ranked again, attendance will follow (20%, 45 Votes)
- Buffs always bring more fans - make the RMS a "home" game! (19%, 42 Votes)

Colorado opens as a ten-point favorite over Colorado State
- Sounds about right, if not a little low. Buffs will dominate this game (45%, 116 Votes)
- Perhaps the first time an 0-2 team has been a ten-point favorite over an 0-2 team, but I'll take it (34%, 88 Votes)
- Buffs have trouble with O-line and giving up points; I'd rate the game a toss up (21%, 56 Votes)

I like the question about SS’s negative coverage. Personally, I think the see-saw coverage is mostly about “stirring the pot” and/or getting clicks. SS is this year’s draft soap opera–a love/hate fest For one negative story there is a more positive one. Some stories are just hit jobs (anonymous NFL assistant/exec), others just cover every minutia of his life. Yesterday, Kiper has him still going early.
SS is an intriguing draftee warranting discussion, however the extensive overall coverage on every detail for one QB prospect seems over the top. NFL teams have their draft boards, needs, and evaluations and they make decisions based upon that. I’ll be glad when SS and TH are picked today and the focus will be on our team.
The Buffs need to wear the silver and gold that are the official school colors. Black jerseys are OK as the’ve been around for a long time, but out with the black helmets–and the white ones too. Gold helmets with silver pants, alternating with silver helmets and gold pants would be good. Nix on all black and all white!!
‘SkoBuffs!! Drub the Nubs.
Stuart, your polls are so thoughtful and on point. Appreciate you doing this and sharing it with your CUAtTheGame community.
Did Coach Hagan just let the cat out of the bag regarding Colorado’s starting QB?
Wouldn’t mind the Cheez-It Bowl at all, as I have connections at Kellogg’s (owns Cheez-it) who could get me tickets!! Is that Cheezy??? 🙂
