- 1-2. Only Stanford a clear favorite to win their bowl game (4%, 9 Votes)
- 0-3. Pac-12 a miracle finish by Arizona away from 1-4. (2%, 4 Votes)

What I took from San Jose State's bowl win over Bowling Green ...
- Nothing. This game has zero bearing on what CU will put on the field in September (57%, 176 Votes)
- A good victory. Nice to see a solid defensive effort (only 260 yards) and a productive passing game (395 yards) (35%, 108 Votes)
- Warning signs - Poor special teams play and minus-17 yards rushing. Yikes! (8%, 24 Votes)

I like the question about SS’s negative coverage. Personally, I think the see-saw coverage is mostly about “stirring the pot” and/or getting clicks. SS is this year’s draft soap opera–a love/hate fest For one negative story there is a more positive one. Some stories are just hit jobs (anonymous NFL assistant/exec), others just cover every minutia of his life. Yesterday, Kiper has him still going early.
SS is an intriguing draftee warranting discussion, however the extensive overall coverage on every detail for one QB prospect seems over the top. NFL teams have their draft boards, needs, and evaluations and they make decisions based upon that. I’ll be glad when SS and TH are picked today and the focus will be on our team.
The Buffs need to wear the silver and gold that are the official school colors. Black jerseys are OK as the’ve been around for a long time, but out with the black helmets–and the white ones too. Gold helmets with silver pants, alternating with silver helmets and gold pants would be good. Nix on all black and all white!!
‘SkoBuffs!! Drub the Nubs.
Stuart, your polls are so thoughtful and on point. Appreciate you doing this and sharing it with your CUAtTheGame community.
Did Coach Hagan just let the cat out of the bag regarding Colorado’s starting QB?
Wouldn’t mind the Cheez-It Bowl at all, as I have connections at Kellogg’s (owns Cheez-it) who could get me tickets!! Is that Cheezy??? 🙂
