Will CSU have more fans at the RMS than will CU?
  • No. CU still has the ticket lead, and some CSU ticket sales are to CU fans looking for cheaper tickets (56%, 134 Votes)
  • Yes. But only because 30% of CU season ticket holders opted out buying tickets for the game (25%, 59 Votes)
  • Doesn't really matter. CU fans are louder anyway ... and will have more reasons to cheer (19%, 45 Votes)

The loss of starting left tackle Jeromy Irwin ...
  • Significant. Irwin started every game last year, and was being counted on to help the Buffs' resurgence (47%, 167 Votes)
  • Important, but not the end of the world. Kronshage has experience, and the team has time to adjust (45%, 160 Votes)
  • Devastating. It's hard to see CU being competitive in the Pac-12 without Liufau's back being protected by Irwin (8%, 29 Votes)

The most disconcerting aspect of the UMass game ...
  • That the defense allowed some wide open receivers early. If UMass hit some of those passes ... (48%, 149 Votes)
  • That Sefo made some poor decisions, and the passing game struggled with Spruce double-covered (21%, 65 Votes)
  • Nothing. I'll take 48-14 every week, thank you (19%, 59 Votes)
  • That special teams are an adventure, especially the punting game (12%, 39 Votes)

Start Date: September 15, 2015 @ 8:04 am

The biggest (pleasant) surprise from the UMass game ...
  • That the CU defense held a very good offense scoreless for the final 42 minutes of the game (36%, 130 Votes)
  • That a team which averaged 154 yards rushing last season went for 390 against the Minutemen (33%, 119 Votes)
  • That the much maligned (a week ago) offensive line completely dominated (31%, 110 Votes)

Start Date: September 14, 2015 @ 7:23 am
End Date: No Expiry

MacIntyre: Hawai'i game "an anomaly", with the Buffs showing true colors against UMass. Agree?
  • Not so fast. One win in 11 months does not a turnaround make. Prove it against a better team and we'll talk (80%, 216 Votes)
  • Yes. Buffs were tight/tired/mistake prone against Rainbow Warriors. Saturday showed home much CU has improved (20%, 53 Votes)

Start Date: September 13, 2015 @ 10:35 am
End Date: No Expiry

  1. The Buffs need to wear the silver and gold that are the official school colors. Black jerseys are OK as the’ve been around for a long time, but out with the black helmets–and the white ones too. Gold helmets with silver pants, alternating with silver helmets and gold pants would be good. Nix on all black and all white!!

  2. Stuart, your polls are so thoughtful and on point. Appreciate you doing this and sharing it with your CUAtTheGame community.

  3. Wouldn’t mind the Cheez-It Bowl at all, as I have connections at Kellogg’s (owns Cheez-it) who could get me tickets!! Is that Cheezy??? 🙂
