Which of the following Big 12 teams ranked in the composite post-spring preseason rankings is least likely to be ranked come December?

Arizona State. The Sun Devils had a good run last year, but Arizona State lost enough talent to question whether a second run is likely
BYU. The Cougars might be without their starting quarterback, if Jake Retzlaff can't overcome his rape lawsuit, which is enough to doubt BYU's status as a ranked team
Kansas State. Few remember that KSU lost three of its last four regular season games last year. The regular season finale this year against CU might push KSU out of the polls
Iowa State. The Cyclones have games against Kansas State (in Ireland) and Iowa in the first three games. A 1-2 start might end ISU's Big 12 dreams
Texas Tech. The Red Raiders (literally) bought their way into the national spotlight. Texas Tech will be better, but won't be able to sustain success for all of 2025
