Which of the following FanDuel odds to make the College Football Playoff do you find to be the most surprising?

Texas Tech at -390, the second-best odds in the nation to make the Playoffs. Texas Tech has certainly bought a strong roster, but I'm not anointing them as Big 12 champions in April
Colorado at +8000, the worst in the Big 12. It's a stretch to see the Buffs in the CFP, but there are teams in the Big 12 which are just as bad off (or worse) than my Buffs
Kansas State (+900) higher than Baylor (+1500) and Arizona State (+1600); Oklahoma State (2-22 the last two seasons) ranked 11th in the Big 12
