The Big 12 looking into becoming the first FBS conference to sponsor women's flag football. Thoughts?

I like it. Flag football is going to be a part of the 2028 Los Angeles Olympics, so this is a sport which will grow in popularity with time. Good to see the Big 12 taking the lead
You're kidding, right? The Big 12 is so far behind the Big Ten and SEC in revenue that they can't even see their taillights, and we're talking about draining more funds for a niche sport? Yuck.
If flag football could pay for itself - a big if - then it makes sense. Will it reduce women's scholarships in other sports? Will there be big time sponsors to cover costs? Much TBD
