Other than winning, what to you would be the most important factor in improving the Events Center experience?

Getting the students back involved. Remember when CU paid for students to go to Vegas to cheer for the Buffs? Giveaways (read: food) or ticket incentives - get student butts in the seats
Upgrade the seating. The CEC is almost 50 years old, and has seen little in the way of improvements. Create better seating, which will draw in more fans (and more ticket revenue)
Better fund the programs overall. CU is last in the Big 12 in expenditures on basketball. When basketball becomes a priority for the administration, it will become a priority for the Buff Nation
