Preview of this week’s game (Note: you will have to scroll down to read the preview and reveiw)

For the second year in a row, the Buffs will play a ranked Kansas team without a ranking of their own. The “T.I.P.S.” for this week focus on the CU quarterbacks, on stopping Todd Reesing, on the Jayhawks’ murderous second half schedule, and on game-opening drives. What more could you ask for? (Okay, so there’s information on Dan Hawkins’ new contract and the Buffs’ latest verbal commitment, too!) …..

Review of this week’s game (Note: you will have to scroll down to read the preview and reveiw)

KU quarterback Todd Reesing led the Jayhawks to a 30-14 win over Colorado. The win gives the Jayhawks a three game winning streak over the Buffs for the first time since 1962-64. What about the game? Why did a 7-0 first quarter lead go awry?

In addition to the game recap, we’ll take a look at where the Buffs are at the midway point of the 2008 season. Where does the program go from here, with four winnable games amongst the final six?

Preview of this week’s game

Colorado v. Florida State in Jacksonville. This week’s “T.I.P.S.” for the game features at least two factors – Intangibles and Preparation/Schedule – which clearly favor the Buffs. Will the emotional victory over West Virginia be enough to carry CU to a win in Jacksonville? Will the replenished Seminoles stuff the Buffs’ offense in a repeat of the 16-6 victory last fall in Boulder?

Guess you will have to click below and find out ….

Preseason picks – a summary of eight publications

On June 1st,I took a stab predicting what the preseason magazines would say about the Buffs and their 2008 opponents. Below is a compilation of eight different magazines and websites.
