April 30th Jalil Brown and Scotty McKnight lightly considered in 2006 While Nate Solder and Jimmy Smith were not highly regarded as high school prospects in 2006 (see story, below), they were all-stars compared to the other two Colorado players, Jalil Brown and Scotty McKnight, who were 2011 draft picks. Jalil Brown was a two-star athlete out of Phoenix, Arizona. Brown, however, went unsigned during Signing Day, 2006.
